The Smart Hotel KDO Barnaul is located in the railway station building. The rooms are on the second floor. Guests have 12 rooms available in the following categories: Economy 2-Bed, Economy 3-Bed, Economy 4-Bed, Economy 5-Bed, Standard with Two Twin Beds, and Standard with One Double Bed. 1. Check-in and required documents: To check into the hotel, guests must present an original identification document and complete a registration form: Russian citizens original passport; Foreign citizens passport with a valid immigration card or visa (we recommend confirming availability with the hotel staff before booking); Children under 14 original birth certificate. Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement to formalize consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in a separate document came into effect. The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable. Accommodation with Pets The hotel allows pets in special rooms upon presentation of veterinary documentation and payment of an additional fee (1,000 rubles). With the exception of guide dogs, which are accommodated free of charge. Guests are obligated to adhere to the following rules: provide the pet with a mat/cage, litter box, and utensils, supervise its behavior, maintain cleanliness, and compensate for damage to hotel property. Dogs must be muzzled and on a leash while on the premises (toy breeds must be on a leash or carried). Certain behaviors are prohibited: feeding from hotel dishes, using hotel furniture for animals, leaving them unattended, showering/bathing, and grooming in the room and on the premises. The administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract for violations of these rules. 3. Additional services: scanning and copying of documents, laundry, ironing, and storage. A hairdryer and iron are provided for guests.
