First off, the location is fantastic – really close to the harbor and the bus terminal. Secondly, it's incredibly clean. They meticulously clean the room every day, leaving it spotless, and the bedding and towels are fresh and fluffy. Thirdly, the breakfast is delicious and varied. It's a buffet, and the menu changes slightly each day, which keeps it from getting boring. I also loved that they offer complimentary beach towel rentals, as well as snorkeling gear and fins. However, the downside is that it's extremely small. Even for a budget room, I didn't expect it to be this cramped. It has all the essentials, and there weren't any major issues, but there's barely enough space to open a suitcase. It's comparable to a budget hotel in Japan or Hong Kong. It was manageable, but not particularly comfortable.

Can’t review this hotel enough!
The atmosphere, the food, the service , the room! All stuff was so attentive and sweet. The owner got amazing taste in everything starting from the dishes for breakfast which cooked with family recipes , to rooms amentities, how sweet is it to place kids books and toys❤️ pool was amazing , breakfast was the best we had in Kalkan, how thoughtful is to put a corner for kids next to buffet so kids could play and you can eat in peace. and we also booked BBq and Patara picnic activities with hotel and everything was top notch. Hotel having agreement with two beach clubs, we went to çakıleach club and it was great for our toddler . We were very sad to leave, thank you for making this place such a small Piece of heaven , we will Be coming back ❤️

This hotel has a great location, very convenient, right next to the town's main street. There are four main supermarkets within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, served on the top floor in a nice environment. However, breakfast starts at 8 am, so if you book island hopping or kayaking tours, you might miss breakfast. The second floor is actually the first floor, so if you book a room on the first floor, you need to go downstairs. There's no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, so we didn't need to go up or down. We're unsure if they'll help with luggage. Rooms are in high demand. We booked three nights, and upon check-in, they told us we could have the first room for the first two nights, but we needed to change rooms for the last night. However, on the day of our stay, the front desk noticed we weren't happy about the room change and helped us arrange it so we didn't need to change rooms again. There's no room service during our stay. The room isn't very spacious, but it has a balcony where you can dry swimsuits and towels, and a small refrigerator. However, we felt the power would be cut off when we left the room (it uses a very special card connected to the key), so we wouldn't recommend leaving food like ice cream in the refrigerator. The blankets were thin towels, but that didn't matter because Antalya is very hot. The hotel receptionists were very kind and lent us sparkling water bottle openers and spoons.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my trip to Turkey. Before booking, I was already disheartened after reading reviews of hotels near Kaş, as the area lacks major hotel groups, and many hotels with beautiful pictures had negative reviews about poor service. Ultimately, I chose this hotel based on its aesthetic appeal, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise.
1. The actual view of the hotel is even better than the photos. The 150-square-meter suite with a pool has a fantastic sense of size and view. Although the decor is indeed basic, it's completely worth the price and offers excellent value.
2. The hotel is located in Kalkan, a town about half an hour's drive from Kaş. Compared to the hustle and bustle of Kaş, this town is peaceful and tranquil, perfect for travelers who prefer quiet. The hotel also enjoys its own private rocky coastline, and there weren't many guests at the moment.
3. I only ate at one restaurant, which wasn't bad, but Turkish cuisine is generally average, so don't expect too much.
4. The hotel has two public swimming pools, and the hotel itself is built in a tiered shape, offering fantastic views and great photo opportunities.

They ordered a room with two panoramic windows (in two walls) with a view to the sea, but when they arrived, they gave a room with separate beds (apparently in the panoramic only two-bedroom, and we were two girls).
As a result, there was a side room with a balcony with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was no hot water. Unfortunately, it decided we stay there for another night or go on.
Breakfast was no, there was so much that after it we went to the cafe for the second breakfast.
In the hotel itself, the answer was whether there was an omlet or something of that kind: There is, but for a separate cost.
There was nothing but a sandwich with cheese.
The location on the hill, five times overnight you will climb and no fitness is needed. How to go in the heat is a big question.
From the busy streets 10 minutes walk.

Rooms are amazing as well as spacious here and it’s almost like you have your own private pool. Breakfast is abundant and rotates daily. Staff and owners are great. Definitely need a mode of transportation to stay here or wait for the bus at top of the road. The beach is protected by the wind but a bit of trash ends up here due to the location of the bay and the current. The private beach is a bit of a walk to get to and from. A steep hill. Absolutely stunning sunset view from here. Overall a great place to stay.

Only stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. Air con, which was a blessing as it was quite warm 30degres in the day.
The room was inaccurately clean, had hairdryer, safe kettle tea, fridge with water.
Great facilities for a budget hotel.
The breakfast was beautiful, very Turkish cheese eggs omelettes fruit bread butter jams tomatoes salad plenty of different things to choose from.
Will definitely stay here again when we next come to Kas the location is very central.

Pros:
The hotel rooms are new and the interior design is beautiful.
Value for money.
Cons:
The staff is very uninformed, uninterested, and not customer-focused.
Breakfast is poor, and the restaurant kitchen is very unhygienic.
They pushed two single beds together to make a double bed. Despite explaining the problem, there was no solution or solution-oriented communication. Trip.com customer representatives were very helpful, but they couldn't solve the problem and instead gave us a chip.
If you're wondering how a hotel with such beautiful architecture can't be run, you can stay. This hotel, which should contribute to the country's tourism sector, is harming it with its poor service quality. I hope the service quality improves.
