Amazing
MMaryann8816A really nice and peaceful place to stay if you want to avoid crowds and enjoy the silence of nature. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a blast. There is a nice beach down the hill, about a 15–20 minute walk away, but if you have a car you can get there much more easily. The water is nice and clean, and there weren’t many people at the beach any time we went. Besides, if you like snorkelling, you can definitely enjoy it there. We saw some crabs, colourful fishes, and even a lionfish (be careful with that!). Breakfast is nice, tasty, and nourishing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come here again one day! Thanks again!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk and you're in the center of Kas. I stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, with a view of the sea and the Greek island!
I'm very grateful that they quickly resolved a problem I had upon check-in: it turned out my reservation on *********** hadn't been cancelled, and I'd already paid for it here. So, I had two rooms listed. 🙈 But they immediately offered me a solution: I could cancel the reservation free of charge with the hotel's approval! I was relieved; it was very nice that they were accommodating and resolved everything right away!
The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, a brisk walk away, and it was convenient to take buses to Kaputas Beach, Fethiye, and Antalya.

The atmosphere, the food, the service , the room! All stuff was so attentive and sweet. The owner got amazing taste in everything starting from the dishes for breakfast which cooked with family recipes , to rooms amentities, how sweet is it to place kids books and toys❤️ pool was amazing , breakfast was the best we had in Kalkan, how thoughtful is to put a corner for kids next to buffet so kids could play and you can eat in peace. and we also booked BBq and Patara picnic activities with hotel and everything was top notch. Hotel having agreement with two beach clubs, we went to çakıleach club and it was great for our toddler . We were very sad to leave, thank you for making this place such a small Piece of heaven , we will Be coming back ❤️

It feels like a homestay with a swimming pool.
The room is not big or small. Clean.
There are still many types of breakfast as a homestay.
Parking is parked on the roadside in front of the hotel.
Watch the wake-up town in the morning and the ancient Roman theater in the evening.

BBasilyWe stayed in May 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived in Kaş very late, around midnight. Despite this, we were checked in. The room was clean; they cleaned and changed towels every day. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless. A kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea were provided in the room.
Soap and shampoo were provided in large dispensers.
The location is excellent—no more than a 5-minute walk to the main street. The free beach is a 30-minute walk away, while the paid beach is 7-10 minutes away.
Excellent views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful.
On the downside, the sound was very loud and the breakfast was monotonous, but you won't go hungry.

DDashixiongI probably booked the top floor because it seemed special, but I advise taller people not to book it – you'll really have to bend over! Going out to the balcony is relatively convenient, but you still have to bend over every time. Around 4:30 AM, there's a loudspeaker blaring prayer sounds, but honestly, it's not a big deal, I'm used to it.
1. Breakfast is a buffet; they'll come over to ask what kind of coffee or tea you'd like.
2. The staff always greets you warmly; overall, the service is decent.
3. The location is incredibly convenient. It's a 5-minute walk to the pier for booking island hopping tours, and you don't have to rush to meet up the next day.
4. The theater is about an 850-meter walk away.
5. Restaurants cater to all budgets. I figure I won't be coming back here often, so I mostly ate local specialties every day.
6. Prices are generally a bit higher than Shenzhen but cheaper than Hong Kong, which is acceptable.
7. There are so many cats!
8. Finally, regarding island hopping tours, it's up to you to decide. They all follow a similar route with about 4-5 islands. I booked a 25-person boat; I didn't book a larger boat (over 50 people), so it was slightly more expensive, but it made dining more convenient. Besides lunch, there were afternoon snacks and light meals. Booking boats seems similar across the board; you can choose at your leisure.
Overall, I'd give the hotel 4.5 stars!

LlekhasMogons Exclusive is in a quiet and peaceful location. There is parking available along the road right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for us.
The room was clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The main downside is the Wi-Fi. It is very slow and unstable, and sometimes barely works at all. Breakfast is also quite simple with limited choice.
On the positive side, the view from the balcony and from the breakfast area is really beautiful.
It takes around 7 minutes to walk to the main area with restaurants and other activities, but keep in mind that the hotel is located on a slope, so there are some uphill and downhill walks.

GGuest UserThis hotel is run down. The pier is falling apart, and there's mold in the rooms. While the furniture in the room is in good condition, the cleaning could be better. I wouldn't recommend the economy rooms – they have poor soundproofing, low ceilings, a bad smell, and mold. The breakfasts are good, though. The staff at the pier and front desk are friendly.

CCheung Ho LingI booked two rooms for one night. The male manager at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful; he even personally assisted my mother with her luggage to the room. The hotel's decor is beautiful, but it's a shame that either due to the materials used or the weather, the place is already showing signs of wear and tear, despite being relatively new. Many things look a bit old, and there were even stains on the room's floor tiles that seemed difficult to clean.
The main drawback was the two male staff members in the breakfast restaurant, who seemed to have poor eyesight, treating some guests as if they were invisible. Although my mother speaks fluent English, when she arrived at the restaurant alone in the morning, the two staff members completely ignored her. Meanwhile, they were constantly chatting with another group of French-speaking foreign guests and bringing them coffee. On the other hand, when we asked if they could get us coffee, they said it was self-service, but then offered to 'help us prepare' it.

Kkiss5000Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.
