The ac was not working. Room had average ventilation. Bathroom was messy and also did not get the room we booked.

Specially hotel’s room and washroom are not clean and insects are coming out at night in room and also the house keeping service are not good but i have no option because in that area all the hotels are like similar and some hotels are good but out of budget… so if you need cleanliness then big NO for this hotel , even the water is not included..no medical facilities are available because i ask for banded only and they said they have only one..🙄 so please think before book your hotel..

The room was too short for 3 adults. There was a proper room for 3 adults but they didn't provide us. Cockroaches were there in the room which was disappointing.

Brother Alam is a good person. He is polite. This was the third time I stayed in hotel guest inn. Only need a little bit cleaning in washroom. G 10 Toilet seat lid was broken this time. Anyhow staff is also very nice. Overall experience is nice.
