Our recent stay at the hotel featured two Deluxe Suites, each over 60 square meters and uniquely laid out with separate living rooms, bedrooms, and dressing areas. Additionally, there were oversights in room service, such as occasionally forgetting to replace items like cups and towels. The dining experience was excellent, with all meals, especially dinner. Breakfast is still relatively standard, bread sausage ham eggs juice cheese, etc. The hotel is very close to the train station. Next to the Karstadt Mall, there is an Oriental supermarket on the third floor of the mall. It is a new large Chinese thing. There is also a large supermarket next to it. You can buy bread, fruit, snacks and other daily food. Walk east to Carl Square a few hundred meters away from the hotel, then continue east to Maria Square, Munich's famous church, commercial street is around. Hotel facilities are good, clean and upscale, the room is relatively large, we are with children, so we booked a room that allows children to stay. The big bed is put together by two small beds. It is quite comfortable and big enough.

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

Location is good, breakfast is fabulous. However, that are three points that somehow affect my satisfaction towards the hotel. 1. The television automatically turns on during the midnight, which prevents me from having a good sleep. It turns on for 2-3 times at around 1am 2am and 4am which i found disturbing and kind of scary 2. The room cleaning guy threw my own face towel away….thought my face towel is white and quite similar to the hotel one…. 3. The hotel has hold up 296 euros from my card, didnt know if this is the deposit or not, but i have prepaid my hotel money and the deposit seems more than the ones i have stayed before Overall the hotel is gorgeous

I like this hotel too much. It’s a 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. Cross the pedestrian street. Don’t take a taxi. It can be reached by mobile phone navigation. It is a very European-style hotel. The environment, service and breakfast are all very good. Very recommended. There is a taxi stand at the entrance of the hotel, which makes it easy to get around by taxi. The hotel itself is at the exit of the pedestrian street, shopping is also invincible!

For a tourist, the best place to live in Munich is Old Town. This hotel is located in an ugly building. Also, the lobby is quite modest. The breakfast room is stylish. The breakfast was very pleasant with a good selection of food. We were lucky that our room was ready on arrival at 11:15. We had booked a comfort room that is the second-best category after the only suite on the 7th floor. Our room was located on the 5th floor. The views were not great. There was a building opposite the narrow street. Our room was quite spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. However, the living room was very sp****ly furnished, with just two small chairs and a table. There would have been room for a sofa. The bathroom was small but quite functional. On our last day, there was a strange incident. Our room had been cleaned while we were enjoying breakfast. We had left all our stuff on the bed in the order to quickly pack when we returned from breakfast. However, the bed had been made (probably with the sheets we had used). Hopefully, the room was recleaned after our departure. Because of the location, the value was somewhat better for the paid 236 euros per night than in our first hotel, Cocoon Hauptbahnhof. A small minibar replenished daily was included in the price.

Welcome free mini bar and coffee, much needed after days travel Surprised how Quiet it was given how central the hotel is Maybe some information on how to use the ac and blinds would be useful, we struggled with both but it turned out the switch for the blind was broken. This was fixed very quickly after reporting Beautifully decorated, loved all the paintings.

The six-person room can accommodate six people every day, and the quilt and sheets are white and clean. The bed is a wooden bunk, which feels very strong and of good quality, as shown. The overall feeling is clean and tidy. There is a bathroom in the room, and the toilet is in the corridor. Another inconvenience is that there is no locker in the house. It is useless to bring the lock. It can't be locked. I rented a cabinet for 10 Euros at the front desk and refunded 10 Euros when I returned the keys. That is, the cabinets are unified on the third floor. Whether you live on the fifth or second floor, you must go to the three-tier cabinet to lock your things. More trouble, always climb the stairs, run up and down. The lights in the corridor are voice-activated, not bad. Overall good, very good location, located on the pedestrian street, very good location in the city center, very close to the main train station.

Smack in the center of Munich facing the Central Station is not posh, but rather convenient and allows direct access to the shopping mile, theaters, museums, cinemas and - yes - the more refined part of town. Inside the hotel happens to be (not brandnew, but) comfy & cosy & fun. The staff is really, really nice, the atmo is relaxed, happening and young. We felt warm and welcome the whole time. I also loved the bicycle in my room! Brilliant idea! The breakfast buffet is yummy, the prices at the Tel-Aviv-Style restaurant for dinner are reasonable. We slept very well and spent a wonderful weekend. I would come back any time.

This is a fabulous hotel - clean, all amenities you require, common areas, and close to the Munich central station and within comfortable walking distance of many attractions. We spent 5 nights here and could not fault the hotel or the attention of the staff who were exceptional. Shower was huge with rainwater shower head, bed very comfy. We were not sure whether at our age they would cater for us but we were pleasantly surprised. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for most ages. Would go to this chain again.

Perfect for us in many ways! Great location right on the shopping streets, we were in the middle of action when we stepped out to the pedestrian zone. No need to commute to city center from far away. Boho chic- style design. Loved the use of different colors in different spaces and floors to create a special ambience across the small but cosy hotel. Rooms were small but comfy, and totally quiet. Not a single sound from eithet outside or from next door, which I really appreciated. There was a church right behind the hotel, but window closed you couln't hear the bells at all. Great A/C. Such peaceful and quiet nights spent in our lovely room sleeping like a baby. Great, thick curtains blocked out all the light, so it was dark, too. Perfect for a bad sleeper. Bathroom was neat and tidy and spacious enough for our needs. Everything was clean and spotless everywhere in the hotel- well done cleaning team! Breakfast was 19e. (not included in our price) and worth it! So fresh and delicious. Croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, great quality tea in a cute pot, pancakes...service was good and the room beautiful. Good start for our busy days in town. Nice young staff at the reception very service-minded and friendly. Taxi drivers pick you up from the reception since they cannot drive there due to location on a pedestrian zone. Only negative things worth mentioning: -no tea making facilities in the rooms -pillows and duvets made of synthetic materials instead of feather and down -very poor water pressure in the shower (5th floor)
