Hotel room is small for three adults. Room service is available only till 4.30 pm which was not convenient as the tourists can't be present at that time in hotel as they have to go for sightseeing. The food was good. Especially jaishankar Assisted well at dinner.

It's a terrible place with rude and unhelpful staff. No parking. Although we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults+4 children, they made us pay 500/head for 3 children saying that they are above 5. We offered to not have breakfast and anyway, the stay was for barely 8 hours (midnight check-in), while they provided no extra beds. The staff was nonhelpful and ****gish. No concern for us having already paid a premium for the last-minute booking. We didn't feel safe with our toddler and small kids. We had to pay an extra 1500 as it was midnight and we had no other option. Avoid the place.

We are here for a college trip.The ***ager Mr.Nair here in bellemount is very amazing and co.operative.Great Experience We Had overthere.Thank you Mr.Nair and Bellemount staff for the great stay we all had.
