The location is about a 20-minute boat ride from the main island of Venice, and there are boats to other islands every half an hour. The service is very good, the breakfast is very good. Also clean and hygienic. The room is not big and has all the necessary facilities. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The only thing to note is that slippers and toiletries are not provided. There is a local supermarket next to it, use Google to search, the price is the local price, during working hours during the day, you can buy the daily necessities you need. The slow life in Venice is great, cruising around in small boats to other islands.

The hotel itself was OK. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. There are no communal areas in the hotel and only one chair in the bedroom which wasn’t really suitable for relaxing on. The bedrooms are OK but look better in the photos than in reality. I would stay in the hotel again if it had more seats in the bedroom and was in a different location. The hotel is on the island of Murano and everything closes at 5:00. there was only one, pricy restaurant to eat in. Everything else was closed and it’s like a ghost town. Not even a bar for a drink. I would recommend staying on the main Venice island nearer to the popular areas for a better evening experience.

Property in the style of authentic Venetian lovely views of the water and courtyard featuring olive trees. Didn't like the number of stairs to our room. Especially as my partner as mobility problems.

Verk nice hotel. Great service. We checken out early before breakfast but got a good breakfast put into our room the evening before leaving. I van recommend this hotel. Near to the vaporetto and easy to get into Venice from the calmer Murano.

Room dirty, we couldn't use fan as it made too much noise, in fact the lady in charge knocked on our room & told us to turn it off was making too much noise!!! There was no ice available, whole area closed at 5pm so no where to eat after that!!! It was rated 5plus I wouldn't even give it a 2!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. No problem leaving luggage for a few hours before departure in the reception. The room was quite large, with a nice workspace and large wardrobe. Quiet and peaceful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my back, however. Good wifi.

We arrived in advance in the morning and it was possible to get key of room. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Friendly staff avalaible. A little old fashion decoration, but quiet and comfortable. Good for value in Venise for a 2 stars hotel.

If you decide to stay in Venice then you have to buy the transport pass, staying at Al Soffiador in Murano is the best (obviously for people with normal needs). Connections with Venice are continuous and fast and from here it is also convenient to proceed to the other islands. It is literally 10 steps from the Murano Faro stop. Quality/price ratio is top. Small hotel managed by the owner with care and passion. Equipped to meet the customer's needs, for example we were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Access to some rooms could be difficult due to the presence of stairs with high steps but as we also have rooms on the ground floor I think we can agree. Small rooms but nothing is missing (including a welcome set), they also managed to include a bidet in the bathroom. Nothing to complain about cleanliness and both bedroom and bathroom amenities. The price includes an abundant sweet and savory breakfast.

The hotel is small, but very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly, so I felt comfortable during my stay.

Shower a bit narrow. Decent comfort.
