Me and my boyfriend came here for a week. We’re both quite young compared to the other guests (19) and the way we got treated wasn’t great. It was a lovely hotel, housekeeping staff were amazing. The rest of the staff were a bit hit and miss, some were rude and some were nice. It let down the experience for sure, especially the price we paid to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms were great, location was a nice 15 minute walk to the beach and a 40 minute drive to Palma. The food was absolutely amazing, although some of the waiters and waitresses looked a bit fed up taking drinks orders which wasn’t a nice experience. I’ve been to this hotel before with my mum and it was a totally different experience, staff were kind and helpful then… maybe because we were both so young? I’d definitely say to younger couples to look elsewhere but if you’re in your 30+ perfect place for you. I’d return back with hopes it was just the end of season tiredness but definitely staff need reminding how to give great service to all their guests regardless of any difference. We all work hard to afford our holidays.

Amazing decor, super clean, staff super nice, easy parking. Food average, breakfast not so great, sausages like plastic, dried beans, then I gave up ( for my liking) not saying it's not good!! maybe I arrived too late?!?! but has a quite wide variety in general, breakfast, lunch and dinner, although the let down is in the "postres", afters, puddings....all very colourful, but taste like there all out of a packet, pre made.... I tried a couple but gave up.....the hotel and staff are absolutely amazing, just we found the food quality a let down, ( not down to the cooks at all) just the quality of goods there given to work with I think.....

I cannot think of one single negative thought about this hotel and it's incredible staff. My daughter and I had a wonderful time, we only wish it had been for longer! The variety of food at all mealtimes was fantastic, especially eaten in the beautiful restaurant and to have Alberto's smiling face each day. The pool and it's surrounding amenities were perfect, also the hotel's lake just across the road and it amenities was a very special. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, nothing was too much trouble for the cleaning staff when asked. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in answering our many questions about how to pack as much as possible in to our short stay. Can recommend hiring one of the hotel's bikes, they are soooo easy to pedal! Don't bother taking any reading books, there is a well stocked variety in the quiet library. The grounds are well kept and a joy to walk around, but I'm still smarting about being comprehensively thrashed at the mini-golf, by my daughter. This will be remedied the next time we stay there!

I was overall very satisfied with the hotel services. Fully recommended. An ideal location for cyclists. Premium Czech beer on draft is a bonus! For Spanish (very high!) standards the quality of food was mediocre, but the selection is so wide that one always finds some good options.

I had such a good experience. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. They made sure I enjoyed my stay with them. It was also such a beautiful hotel, and the beds were so comfortable.

This is beautiful hotel,set back off main road and therefore nice and quiet.The rooms were an average size and nicely decorated, although no tea and coffee making facilities, that cost an extra €5 per day.Good food selection at breakfast, and the place was spotlessly clean.My one and only moan was that our room had absolutely no view,room 107 and the couple beside it looked directly onto the top of a large awning wich was the stage beside the swimming pool.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are superb. Great location close to Muro beach. Everything about this place says quality I have been before and will go again. The hotel is spotless and the service you receive could not be bettered. From beginning of holiday to the end of the holiday you will be treated like a king. Outstanding.

Just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Had a beautiful room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Kettle with tea/coffee and soft drinks replenished each day. Very comfortable room towels changed every day. Food good. AI drinks very good. Staff really friendly and make the hotel what it is. Didnt use the wellness centre but the indoor pool was lovely and relaxing. Pool bar not open yet as early in the season but the bar just over the road which is part of the hotel was lovely overlooking the lake. Would recommend

Lovely facilities at the hotel, indoor and outdoor pools, spa Rooms were clean and comfortable if a rubbish view. Restaurant food was good, plenty of choices, healthy and not. No kettle in rooms ( could hire at €5 a day!, no water available in restaurant unless paid for bottles, no coffee available Check in and check out was a painful affair, need a slicker way of dealing with large groups and seemed pointless waste of time adding card to room card at check in as then needed the card at check out as well
