"The hotel's location and staff are good. The receptionists Mr.Abdul Basit and Mr.Muhammad Bilal facilitated me in arranging trips to Nathiagali and Patriata. Besides they guided me regarding other stuff related to my stay in Murree. The rent of a room with the mountains' view is bit expensive for a solo traveller, and the same goes for the restaurant. There aren't any light foods options available in the menu. so irrespective of one's need, one has to order the full quantity. Due to this reason most of the time I ordered soup or chips. By the way their Brownie served with ice-cream was yummy. The complimentary breakfast was also good. It had a decent number of options for both desi and English breakfast e.g.pan cakes, French toast, paratha, Aloo ki bhujiya, channy, qeema, chicken, bread, jam, honey, butter, milk, coffee, juice, fruit, and fried/ boiled eggs. The restaurant staff was courteous and kept serving food on the table even during the buffet. I went for the said hotel based on it's rating in cleanliness, however it was quite compromised. The balcony and it's windows were not cleaned during my stay. The amenities tray in the washroom had hairs in it. The shower drain had dried foam. I was on the first floor and found the place quite peaceful most part of the day, except for two nights when there were some movements on the second floor after midnight. The guests were mostly families. One thing that put me off was when I was accidentally woken up by a call after 1 am inquiring if I had asked for an iron stand. When I looked out, the view was so beautiful that I could not resist sitting in my room's balcony. Strangely while I was using my mobile and enjoying the beautiful scenery a housekeeping staff standing in the balcony adjacent to the corridor started calling me madam madam initially I ignored him but when he didn't stop, I asked him what, he said APPKO BALCONY KI LIGHT ON KAR DUN. How can any one at around 2 am invade the privacy of a person and ask such a question. Overall my stay was comfortable and as per expectation."

"All is good, but maximum one handi add on hi-tea please. Because i’m regular customer for hi-tea"

"I along with my friends stayed there for three nights this September and underwent a terrible experience. There was no welcome fruit platter in any room. TV sets were either not functioning at all or their settings were out of order. Complementary water bottles, bathroom slippers were provided only on repeated demands. When asked about complementary one suit per person clothes ironing (each one of us were staying in a separate room), they totally declined, saying only iron will be provided for 20 minutes each room. Leaving the hotel, we promised never choose it again rest if the life"

"We recently stayed at On Cloud Resort on Lawrence College Road, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely stunning, away from the usual rush, offering peaceful and breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What made our stay even better was the exceptionally cooperative staff and their top-notch service. Whether you're sitting out enjoying the weather or chilling indoors, the vibe here is amazing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Murree with friends or family. Will definitely visit again."

"The place was nice and reasonably priced. We booked a room that was parted with a washroom. One side had a king bed with TV, phone, etc while the other side had 2 single beds, that's perfect for a couple with 2 kids like us. The washrooms were not pleasant to use and were constantly stinking. (The water itself was stinky in the washroom) this is why I have deducted one star from the rating. There is a nice little play area with swings and a nice mountain view. The weather was pleasant with random rain showers. There was an indoor playarea also but it was closed during out stay. Food was decent. If the washroom issue is fixed, I'd like to visit again."

"Very nice location ..but they can add more facilities in what eve they charged the price"

"Hotel is great with astonishing views of the mountains and the valley, rooms were comfortable with moder design and the service was exceptional which is hard to find in murree. Kudos to the whole team"
