The welcome drinks were great, from draft beer to soft serve ice cream, all complimentary, which I was very impressed with. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, I was able to wait comfortably in the lounge before checking in, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge offered simple drinks and snacks. The room was exactly as pictured, very clean and satisfactory. The amenities were very thoughtful, and in addition to a hair dryer, it also came with a curling iron and iron. Breakfast was available in both a regular and Western style, and both were delicious. The outdoor spa was also special. I was satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, and I was so happy that I didn't want to leave. 💕 I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Nagasaki again.

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

The room was more than spacious, and the furnishings, bathroom, sink, etc. were all clean. The restaurant staff were also very polite and the food was delicious. The only disappointing thing was that there was no one at the entrance or lobby when we arrived. The parking lot was difficult to find, with a strange layout that required going down to the basement and then out into a back alley before re-entering. This is not very friendly for first-time guests. I headed from the parking lot to the front desk, but there was no one there either. I realized later that they were understaffed. The room rate seemed like a good deal, but unfortunately, this situation meant I would not return.

An excellent stay, not to say unforgettable!!!! The room is very comfortable and refurbished as is the entire hotel. The service is perfect and the staff very pleasant and even endearing with a desire to serve the best even if they do not speak English....thanks "google translate".😁 The bed is very comfortable with two types of pillows. In short, an ideal rest. Also close to bus stops that serve the historical places to visit.
