I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and feels good. We put an extra bed in the twin and stayed with 3 people, but it was large enough. From the room on the north side of the 10th floor, there are no tall buildings around, so the view is good and you can see Mt. Inasa. Construction of stadiums and other facilities is underway around the station, so you can see if JR is running. It was about 15 minutes on foot to the Inasayama Ropeway station, so I walked back without waiting for the bus. I think the breakfast is delicious and the number of items is necessary and sufficient. The venue is a little dazzling on the 15th floor, but the south side can see the sightseeing spot in the city and the view is good.

Nicely located in the British area of the city and beautiful walking areas nearby. The hotel felt cozy, neat, well managed for Covid19 protocols and very comfortable. The staff was trained well and quite professional. I had to settle a personal travel matter and the staff Mr Wang Meng Yao helped me with it. That was indeed helpful and going the extra mile. The room had nice views of Glover hills neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed sitting and eating from a choice of western and Japanese food items. The Mt. Inasa ropeway bus service and tickets were available at the hotel and were very helpful indeed.Its a good choice for your day and quite a good value. Tram station is less than 2 min walking.Close of key attractions like Atomic bomb museum and the Chinatown.

First time Nagasaki. This hotel I chose without any land insight. I was a little worried that it would be noisy when it was in Chinatown, but the result was a great answer. It is not noisy, and the location is great anyway. It was a plan that packed sightseeing in Nagasaki City, so it is no exaggeration to say that it is very convenient to be in this Chinatown and the trip has become smooth. I was able to move easily at all times because I had my luggage kept before and after check-in. The front desk is on the upper floor, and there are amenities there and you can bring what you need. The bath in the room is small because it is a unit bath, but there is a large communal bath, so it is recommended to use it. It was raining, but I also entered the open air because it was a big deal. Check out only puts the key in the box. The only thing I was worried about was that there was amenities in front of the front desk. Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

It was an incredible inn that I was staying with a budget control. The customer service was always polite and smiling and gave me some fine care. The room was fashionable and clean, and there was no dirt that was concerned. Smart singles are wider than considering the number of tatami mats because there is no bathtub, and I didn't feel particularly narrow for the amount of luggage arrangement, notes, smartphone use, sleep, etc. The shower room was also thankful that the gap was blocked so that the water did not go to the toilet side.
