The location is a bit out of the city, but overall it is a good accommodation. All rooms have sea views and the balconies are nice, but it's a bit disappointing that the building across the street blocks the view.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

Although some parts of the exterior and elevators were old, the interior had been properly rebranded, and the design was such that you could feel the ocean and nature of Okinawa. This time, I misunderstood the check-in time and arrived early, but the staff was happy to help me out. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since the hotel is located a little far from Nago city, I ate at the hotel buffet for dinner, which had a wide variety of food and was of course very satisfying. There was also an Okinawan folk song performance, which both locals and tourists can enjoy. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it would be that the parking lot is not fully maintained. In addition to the gravel road, the dividing lines are hard to see, so you need to be careful when parking. However, overall it was a great hotel, so I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for one night from March 15th for my friend's birthday! We were really looking forward to it because they treated us so well from the time we discussed about the cake in advance! On the day, there was live music at dinner and the surprise cake that had been prepared in advance was presented, and both my friend and I were moved to tears...💦 It was a day filled with emotion and healing!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful room and the hospitality. Thank you so much!!!

The rooms were clean and easy to use, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and there was a wide selection of rental items. However, when I used the lounge, I noticed children in the lounge after 9pm, and the darts were being used inappropriately. I was also concerned that there were a lot of glasses piled up in the return area, and that staff did not come to collect them even though there were not enough glasses.

The hotel is a renovated old building, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. There was plenty of laundry facilities, and the lounge had a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. There weren't many snacks. Overall it was good for the price.

Stayed at the Twin Line Hotel after it was renovated (deluxe room) Good points: The room was spacious and clean, and the toilet sink and bathroom were also clean. The air conditioner is a second-hand item and has deteriorated, but it works fine.Cons: The lounge on the 11th floor can be used for free, so during the peak hours of the night there are a lot of guests using it, so there aren't enough seats. Since it was summer vacation, I was worried about the noise from people with children. The Wi-Fi signal was congested at night, and the download speed was 9.5Mbps, and the upload speed was 3.7Mbps. Therefore, the VOD operation on the TV in the room is not stable, and I am also watching videos on my smartphone. There is no phone in the room, so I use a device called Aiello to connect to the front desk, but the Wi-Fi is congested and the audio is interrupted and I can't hear it. The parking lot always smelled like sewage. Both of the elevators are old (one is small) and you have to wait a lot to get to the 11th floor. This time, it cost 15,100 yen for two people including breakfast. I think this is a good hotel for families without a pool or private peach at this time of year.

We ended up staying here at short notice due to the effects of a typhoon. The dinner buffet featured Okinawan sanshin and live singing and the food was delicious. It is a new and very stylish hotel, and they arranged for breakfast to be ready in time for our flight the next day, which was very helpful. My daughter also really liked the sofa on the balcony. We would like to stay here again and relax if we come to Okinawa again. I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel was so good that I decided to write one.

・We had to wait about 2 hours to check in. Maybe it was because it was the first day after renovation? They called us at a very slow pace. We had to change our plans even though it was our special trip, and we wasted 2 hours. We were made to wait at the breakfast venue on the first floor, but it was full of guests. ・The sink in the lounge toilet was clogged and no water was flowing, even though it was the first day. It felt dirty. ・The door to the room wouldn't open. On the second day, while I was out, I got a call and was told that the door would be changed. When I returned, I told the front desk and they said it would open, but when I went to the room, it still wouldn't open. I went to the front desk again... On the third day, I went out for a bit in the morning, and when I came back, the door wouldn't open again... I went to the front desk again... ・Elevator It was very slow. ・It was a room with only a shower. I was surprised that the room photo only showed the bed, perhaps because I had overlooked something about the facilities. ・Beer in the lounge All-you-can-drink. The type was listed as Southern Star.

It feels like a cross between a hotel and a condominium. [Good points] ○It's not as narrow as a business hotel, and the walls are well-constructed, so the hallway and adjacent rooms are soundproofed. ○It's a condominium (style) so there is a mini kitchen outside the unit bath. ○A simple clothesline? Foldable towel rack ○Hot water is boiled in an electric kettle. ○The rooms are well-cleaned. ○There is a shop on the first floor and vending machines on the floor. ○There is a convenience store across from the hotel and a restaurant next door. ○There is one restaurant (buffet). ○POLA amenities!!! ○Fluffy towels ○There are loungewear with buttons in the front. [Points to note] *There are no air purifiers, etc., like in a business hotel. *There is an electric cooking stove, but no pots, etc. *Parking is 500 yen per night, 1000 yen per stay. *There is no ice machine and you can't get ice. *It cannot be denied that the facilities are old. *The staff work hard (but it takes a lot of time). *You may meet students on school trips.

It was a condominium-type 2DK room with an ocean view. Unfortunately, breakfast was a set menu. I recommend it in the summer because the ocean is right in front of you. Only the tatami mats have not been replaced, but the wallpaper has been replaced nicely, and the bathroom faucet has been replaced with a temperature-adjustable faucet.

This was my first time staying here as a local. The building was a little old, and the room was also quite old, but the staff was nice. There were a decent amount of amenities. I was surprised at how fluffy the towels were. The only disappoin**ent was the Chinese staff at the front desk. They were unfriendly and made many mistakes when asking questions or explaining things to check in, and it took a long time to confirm anything. They are renovating from February until the summer, so I would like to stay again then.
