The room is well-equipped, but the check-in procedure is a bit cumbersome. Overall, it's great.

The location is a little far from the center, which is inconvenient, but it's just 1 meter by taxi from Kokusai Street, so it's not a problem.
We recommend taking a taxi rather than using the Yui Rail from the airport. It takes 10 minutes from the airport and costs about 1,500 yen. (It's about a 10 minute walk from Yui Rail Miebashi)
The surrounding area was quiet and there was a supermarket, which was nice.
The room and bathroom were large, and it was much more relaxing than a hotel. There was only one room per floor, so I was able to spend time without worrying about my surroundings.
What was disappointing was the cleaning aspect. The cushion covers were quite dirty. The rug was shiny in places, and there was hair left in the bathtub.
However, even with that in mind, I was satisfied with my stay.
