First of all upon arrival they made me pay again, whilst it was already paid online on the booking website. When mentionning it was already paid they just said no without checking first (now already paid back by booking website). Second of all i got a different room then i booked, i booked a suite with jacuzzi for one night, but they gave me an appartment (which is very unnecesary for just one night) with not even a bath tub. Third of all service isn't up to standard either, you have to wait an hour to finally get a second towel in your room or when eating in the restaurant it takes over 10mins to just get the menu. For the price that is paid this was well below expectations

The breakfast buffet had an excellent array of choices and everything on offer was enjoyable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The security process and security doors and card access only areas seemed a bit over the top but we did indeed feel secure. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve dinner on the top floor of the hotel. It was a memorable experience. My only complaint is that though I had the air conditioning on and temperature set to cool the room a bit, the unit was running during our two day stay and never cooled the room or reached the temperature chosen. Also the in room phone did not work. I did request a maintenance person come to check on both f these issues and no one ever came. The bed was very comfortable and the modern style of the room was nice.

For me personally, I was super satisfied in every bit. I slept and ate like a king. Even when we were late for breakfast the service time still served us a super delicious english breakfast with juice, tea or coffee. The gym was perfectly installed and equipped. Unfortunately the water of the swimming pool was quite cold. Am also amazed of the housekeeping service: very polite and exact, our room was alsways perfectly well tidied up and cleaned up! I would recommend Gramo Suites to alp of my friends! And I'd choose Gramo Suites again and again!!!
