The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty.
Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person.
Overall not recommend this hotel.

スタンダードのお部屋でしたが、ビューバスで海を観ながらくつろげました。女性支配人の気配りか、マニュアルにないような依頼もこなすサービス、ハード面、お食事含めて、素晴らしいです。ただ、コスパはを気にしなければです。

今まで滞在したどのホテルより居心地の良い、最高なホテルでした。
今回は、結婚した娘が今迄の感謝としてプレゼントしてくれました。
ジャグジー付の部屋は勿論、スタッフ皆様の接客が本当に素晴らしく、お別れするのが名残惜しかった程です。
朝食も手が凝っていてとても美味しかったです。
帰り際車を用意して頂き、最後まで両手でお見送りくださった支配人、ネパールのキュートなスタッフ様。
余韻を語りつつ出発し、気が付けば車内にはお手紙と冷えたペットボトルやミントキャンディ迄、本当にお心遣いが嬉しかったです。
私は、モルディブの水上コテージに行くのが長年の夢でしたが、もう果たせた気分です。
必ずや戻って来ますので、その時も変わらぬ笑顔をお願い致します。

小規模ホテルが好き＋リゾートでLa Bombance（ホテルのレストラン）！と思って決めたホテルでしたが、レストランはもちろんスタッフが素晴らしかった！ スタッフは3連泊中ずっと良い距離感で、私達が心地良く過ごせる様に先回りで配慮して下さいました。 ホテルにとって大切な接客マニュアルと、全てのスタッフが広い裁量権を持ちそれによって発揮されるホスピタリティが、がっちり噛み合って素晴らしいホテルになっていると感じました。 滞在中は部屋のジャグジーに入ったり、読書したり、電動付き自転車で島内観光や古宇利大橋を渡ったり、タクシーで美ら海水族館や本島の居酒屋に行ったりしました。 レンタカーが無くても色々楽しめます。 Their hospitality would be beyond your expectations. The room with a jacuzzi is excellent.You can enjoy the sea and beautiful swimming pool scenery from the room. You can enjoy the famous Tokyo gastronomy restaurant food with Okinawa local ingredients at the hotel restaurant. You can rent the electric bicycles for sightseeing in Kouri island and go to Okinawa churaumi Aquarium by taxi ,even if you don’t have a car . If you like a small luxury but cozy hotel、I definitely recommend!
