衞生：衞生做的特別好，很乾凈。
設施：屋裡設施特別齊全
環境：環境也是非常好的
服務：重點就是這個，老闆特別好。服務很到位，全程消息基本都是秒回的。晚上11點多我才下的飛機，老闆還在回我消息，特別好。

設施完善，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，是新裝修的房子，就是電梯還沒有完善，晚上人有點少，離南昌西站挺近的，步行幾分鐘就到了。

因為是分兩單定的兩晚 （補定的一晚是在來的路上補定的，因為看到都是好評，並不是到了酒店入住之後補定的）所以得寫兩條評價。之前一條已經説明瞭，本條就不再重複囉嗦了，總結就是：老闆態度很好，寵物友好。新開的公寓酒店，樓層較高，視野不錯。缺點是：衞生堪憂，前一位客人退房後，沒有更換床品，打掃也不乾淨，沒有做到一客一換。還有就是，電視並沒有節目可看，衹能看電視自帶的免費的個別視頻。

房間裝修是新的，小區環境也不錯。房主裝修的很用心，裝修用材質量不錯，，懷疑房主是不是打算自住用的，還配備了洗衣機，冰箱等～唯一有點美中不足的是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡地板很濕，稍微改善下就完美了。最後説下離南昌西站很近，走路可到，很方便，推薦！！！

非常滿意，超級喜歡！出南昌西站（從北廣場出）後，往右邊走（過兩個紅綠燈，在過第二個紅綠燈後，此時到達宜尚酒店），往右走20-30米後，到達一棟牆上標有③的大樓（就是這棟樓，不要再往前面走了），左拐進入，10來米之後，右手方向進入大廳電梯入口（旁邊還有個便利店）！其實距離南昌西站很近，複式設計，兩個空調，兩個衞生間，非常方便家人入住！
