沒有入住，同程訂單處理出問題了，硬生生“送我”入住。商家沒同意全額退款是應該的，我超時了1h，但同程沒有給我，及時安排退繳納違約金退款服務。超時的今天，同程和商家兩次協商也以失敗告終，不會再使用同程服務。商家還是不錯的，我病倒之前大晚上諮詢地理位置，都得到了很好的反饋。2星在協商結果不滿意，很不滿意😭垃圾同程，阻礙商家和顧客的交流溝通
