It feels a bit informal. There is no check-in procedure. It is just a private residence. There is no registration or anything. The bed in the room creaks. There are boxes and boxes of sundries piled under the bed. The washbasin in the bathroom still has traces of the previous guest brushing his teeth.

The sanitary conditions are very good, clean, and the boss is super nice. The river view is really amazing. The price is not high and it is suitable for students. I will come here again next time I come to Nanchang. Overall, it is not bad. Everything is satisfactory.
