房間特別差，我們一開始訂好了，結果她沒房間還往外訂，要麼靠馬路，特別特別吵。靠中間的，沒有窗户。特別特別臭，空調加開門3小時，才好一點。隔音效果沒有，別人説話全部聽得見。再説一遍，特別臭，反應後拿了一瓶劣質香水噴了一遍，晚上一股味道。一個晚上被吵醒七八次，晚上凌晨1點結束談話聲，早上5點繼續，感覺在耳邊説話。還有蟑螂。特別大一衹。一進門地面潮濕，差點摔倒。桌子是粘的。

經常出門在外住各種酒店，這次來到南昌小憩住兩天，搜到了這家南苑賓館；整體來説，住宿環境還是很方便很整潔的，房間沒有想象的那麼小，非常乾淨整潔，進來就很舒適！良心商家，百元以下，這樣的房衹能説物超所值了！樓下有商店，好吃的；斜對面還有超市、公園，方便！
