這個品牌的連鎖店以後都不敢住，房間特小，訂的是1.8米大床房，客服硬説升級給我，算了。每次上廁所那股味道。一言難盡，還智能馬桶。清潔的阿姨可能以為智能馬桶不用清潔吧。最重要的是，十來年住酒店了，第一次讓酒店11：15分打電話問是否繼住，不是可以延遲到1點退房嗎？不敢遲了11：30分馬上走人了。

特別垃圾，衞生超級差，第一次來南京，整個人對南京的酒店印象都不好了，一晚上430塊錢，就這破設施環境，晚上還吵得要死，沒開玩笑，好評都刷的吧？

前台沒問題，但是作為酒店老闆衹能説人品太差！根本就談不上所謂的服務態度了！在他眼裡衹有他自己，根本沒有所謂的客户！所以以後絕對不會再去！

500多訂的觀景禮房間，12點多到酒店，折騰了三次，到下午五點才入住，房間也換了兩個，前面給的都是特價房，不是門小一號，就是窗户小一號，住了十幾年酒店第一次遇到這麼爛的。
去換房間時還很有底氣的説網上的都是挑最好拍的，實際房間很多都沒窗户的。誰住誰倒黴。

實打實的説優點和缺點。房子不隔音是第一。再就是房間亂漲價，讓我對這座城市整體都感覺不好，遊玩這麼多地方，作為酒店不講誠信是很可怕的。優點也就是地理位置還可以，我不想住在離新街口和夫子廟過於近的，怕吵，事實上也都差不多。

地理位置非常好，離很多景點比較近。酒店裝修的還是不錯的，很多電器都智能化。可是最讓我驚艷的就是酒店的早餐品類非常多，對一個廣東人來説，味道也很不錯！

提前半個月預約的房間，體驗感覺非常好，房間一個人住還不錯，原木風裝修，小地台榻榻米，暖光很温馨，裏面還有語音小度，安靜的時候聽聽歌挺不錯的，房間隔音稍微差一點但是不影響，隔壁左右的客人到了晚上都比較自覺，不會大聲説話聊天，餐廳就在住宿的一層樓裏，拐個彎就到了，品類還可以，能吃飽，而且酒店離我需要去的舞蹈室很近，走路幾分鐘就到，離地鐵站1號線走路大約10分鐘吧，前台的小姐姐服務也很好，非常感謝前台小姐姐！如果下次還要來的話，應該還會住這的！強推～

房間不大，但設施還是不錯的，比想象中要好很多，房間設施齊全，也很乾凈…隔音效果也可以，偶爾有點聲音…唯一不足的，就是早餐種類少，味道也一般…總體來説，還是可以的，值得推薦
