老闆人真的很好！！！！！真的很好！公共衞生間有洗髮水和沐浴露，一次性牙刷也有 ，當然你也可以選擇房間裏獨立浴室，房間裏有電視，有空調，門後有wift，出門很方便，騎車幾分鐘就到地鐵一號線，旁邊就是紅山動物園，騎車幾分鐘前面也有美食街，酒店對面也有葯店和水果店什麼的，距離火車站也蠻近的、騎車30分鐘左右，酒店有人打掃衞生，明天床都被收拾的乾乾淨淨，垃圾也收拾乾淨

來考試訂了2天房間，進門之後下半層樓就是賓館啦。位置很方便！老闆人很nice，屋內乾淨，床單枕套上都是新洗過的味道。房間有個朝走廊開的小窗户，位置靠近前台隔音不太好，講話和走路聲有點影響入睡zzz衞生間雖然是公共的，但換風扇太給力了哈哈哈！想獲得低價單人間的可以來住，總體來説不錯的！

賓館在地下，沒有獨立衞生間，是公共衞生間，房間隔音效果不好，外面走路都可以聽見。夏天中午想洗個澡都不行，因為店家要洗毛巾床單，這個就很乾凈。中午吃飯回來想在12點之前退房，回來以後發現房卡就打不開了，還要去前台拿總卡，因為去衞生間所以我關了門又去要了一下總卡就有點不高興了，叫我別關門有監控。如果衹是臨時休息還是可以住的畢竟便宜，但是如果愛乾淨夏天容易出汗的喜歡洗澡的最好換一家。

如果不是和我一樣半夜找不到地方住，極不建議定此所謂的酒店，其實就是地下一層改造，黴味重，價格還貴。最最糟糕的是旅館主態度差，像人家欠他錢似的，惋惜南京曾經還遭受過苦難的城市，本來想去某某地看看的，想想算了。

距離紅山森動物園很近，但是房間裏面設施很差，跟軟件上展示的圖片不一樣，熱水一會冷一會熱，每個床上衹有一個枕頭，兩個人睡在一起根本不夠用。總體體驗感很差
