整個酒店臟到爆炸！！！超級無敵臟。點外賣酒店不讓外賣員送，自己一個機器人跟另一個酒店共用 40分鐘都沒送到房間。前台就跟聽不懂話一樣。很差很差很差 別住。收拾衞生的阿姨也很搞笑，不會鋪床就別鋪，被子還是反的。
晚上買的葯，**送的，快遞小哥説了20分鐘之前就是送到了（前台要求衹能機器人送外賣），一直沒到房間我就去前台看，發現葯就放在前台機器人旁邊，兩個機器人都是空閑的，我就問前台咋不送啊，他説外賣剛到，我現場打外賣小哥的電話並且翻出**記錄，前台就死嘴硬非説剛到，你家前台**且撒謊，坐那刷**看不見那麼大一個外賣放在眼前的枱子上是吧？沒看見就現場送不行？還撒謊嘴硬，一邊撒謊還一邊擼袖子靠近我，不是另一個前台攔下來是不是還要動手打我啊？

我訂了兩間大床房，一間在前台旁邊，我怕吵要求換一間，前台説沒有了，可以加30升為標間，我升級了；另一間在走廊深處，進去之後房間的吊頂，地板全都少一長條，房裡還有一根粉刷很粗糙的大柱子，實在忍受不了所以我也要求升級了，前台説加20就行。結果換的房間馬桶裏泡了有一張來歷不明的紙巾，洗手枱污漬也很明顯，空調面板是壞的，遙控器也不靈敏。第二天退房時換了一個前台人員，因為按金問題又掰扯半天，説好的加50升級，她説是60，又説讓我們先走，等她核實過再給我退……雖然最後當場退了50，但是整體感受太差了，不會再來了！

説實話價格偏高，酒店環境不行，設施陳舊，門鎖市壞的，衞生間玻璃門夜也是壞的！最不能忍受的市室外還有空調外機的聲音能響一夜，吵的睡不着！前台説要麼退房要麼等商場關門就不響了，但是直到第二天早晨也沒見關吵的一夜沒睡着！還有就是住了這麼多年的酒店第一次遇到所謂負載過大正洗着澡突然停電了，房間一片漆黑連個應急燈都沒有，也是無語了，真心不推薦大家住這個酒店！

整體為敍利亞風格 被子是通洞的 馬桶是小便沖大便沖不了水的 空調是怎麼吹都不熱的 廁所門是關不上的 落地窗的扶手全是灰是我不敢摸的 枕頭上是有奇怪毛髮的 整體上我就不再過多的評價了 兄弟們有興趣的話也可以去這個房間裏面探探險 挖掘一下更深層次的內容 反正我是一次就怕了 第一次看到圖片和評分5.0感覺還不錯 還以為這個房間很不錯 地理位置也非常優越 但是期望多高失望就有多高 我衹能説圖片僅供參考..

説真的，在南京住了那麼多次酒店，從來不評論，這次真的忍不住了，一號早上去入住，一天下來，點了四次外賣，白天兩個前台小姐姐很好，在忙電話也接，服務也好！第四次外賣是晩上，外賣丟了，第五次買的水，打電話給前台電話怎麼都不接，一直在那嘟嘟嘟嘟的叫，明顯電話故意不放好，導致打不進去，發訊息衹看不回，後來用小度智能機器人聯繫，那態度感覺我欠她幾百萬一樣！真的太失望了，反正沒有下一次了！
