Hi, I stayed here two nights and these are my thoughts to that. First I arrived at midnight, even tho, the front office staff was nice and explained mostly everything to me. Their English is basic level, but enough to tell the important stuff. Sadly, they dont offer breakfast. But there is a little supermarket one minutes far from the hotel. To the room, as you can see, it was nice decorated and they is everything you need in that. I had to ask the front office for the wifi passport after that everything worked out. Sadly, at 8 am they started repairs at the third floor so I couldn't catch any sleep after that. Still, I would come back. The location was for me perfect.

Have free parking lots which is a plus for us who rent a car, the room was quite clean and service was great!!! They only part we don’t like it is the sound proof of the room, can hear people talking in another room..

The location was very good, reachable by bus or subway, and many stores and restaurants arround. The bed and the room was very confortable, and provided sleepers, towels, toiletries, and water bottles. However, the room was never cleaned or the bed made, even after we left the sign for clean the room on the door, the clean service will come and open the door at 9am while we were still waking up to give us more water and towels, instead of leaving them quietly later during the day. Overall the cleaning service was unconfortable, and was not done while we were out, which was very weird, hopefully it was just a communication issue since no one spoke english, and we spoke very little chinese. Another thing to consider in case you are traveling with friends, is that the bathroom wall is made of glass, so it is a bit seethrough when you are using it. In any case, the room was very clean and nice when we arrived, and also very confortable, a good size for two people, and the hotel also had a robot to deliver food orders to your door.

Room wasn't ready for check-in although it should have been. They told us to come back in a few hours, we did and still not ready. Finally we could check in and saw it was't properly celaned, hairs of previous guests :(. Location, still a bit of a walk to metro stations. Will not book again. It was our impression they were understaffed.

The hotel was close to a metro station, but the cleanliness was terrible. One day I found a cockroach in my room, so I don't recommend it. The hallways always smell like cigarettes. The staff was very friendly but the cleaning was very dirty.

There is no hot water for bath in the early morning. Very unprofessional. Clearly stated online that there is hot water but they turn off the hot water after midnight - or rather they deliberately refuse to turn on the hot water after a certain timing. Technician still acting blur, insisting it is hot water. Receptionist has ************ to ask us why are we bathing so early in the morning. When we wanted a refund, they refused. They lied blatantly. Want to have their cake and eat it too. Would not recommend this hotel to stay at. Absolutely unprofessional.

What a sad little place to stay, if you would like to experience a day in a poor person's life, try this hotel. The mold in the room will make you wonder what things you cannot see if something as bad as that is everywhere. The towels and bedsheets feel like they have been used by a thousand people and washed twice. I wish you good luck in your adventures

The service was quite good, but nobody spoke English. They were not able to order taxi for us. So it is excellent for only Chinese speaking tourists.

I didn’t shower once with hot water for the duration of my stay , I informed them that the water was cold but no changes were made. Housekeeping came the next morning while I was out but they just refilled hotel items etc, no actual cleaning was done. The hotel staff that checked me in was pretty rude.

The rooms are not so hygienic and clean. Too much dust too. Had better expectations basing on the pictures.
