I did not stay there but also could not cancel the reservation. The address on trip.com was wrong. The hostel was not at 161 Yunjin Road.
Make sure the address is correct !

The room is located in a residential area, very close to the Nanjing memorial. The subway station is not far away. It's very quiet.
The room that I got was in the basement level, but it had a window.
Owner is friendly and helpful.
A little effort on cleanliness would be great.
On my picture, the bed is a little messed up because of me.

是地下室，進房間會經過儲藏室黴味很重。
衞生間：敞開式，下水道是抽水排廢水很慢。
房間：空間很小，床架有裸露走路時腳會撞到擦破皮。
交通：由於門口道路在施工當時入住找了很久。
停車：小區邊上有個停車場，停一晚上收費50元。
不推薦。

①5月底預訂7.1號入住該家“神祕私竇”房型，當時確實沒有注意到不可取消，在入住三天前發現無法取消，打電話給老闆協商能否取消，關於不可取消是否侵犯消費者權益（可以參考消費者權益保護法第四條）暫且不論，在和老闆溝通過程中老闆不想退，一直説臟話，並且陰陽怪氣（有錄下證據）。在我找攜程客服幫忙協商時候，攜程客服也説老闆態度和語氣非常不好（圖片中有）
②該家酒店房型全是不可取消，本來不可取消的設立是你享受更優惠的價格提前定了，我5月份212元價格預訂，等到七月現在酒店價格變成167（如圖）。老闆也不給我退差價，況且南京酒店有的是免費取消，並且該家酒店距離夫子廟較遠，真心不建議花冤枉錢受罪
③從酒店介紹圖可以看到房間東西多，比較亂，天宮就是多了個蚊帳，住的感受非常不好
上面説的都是真的，我不是什麼酒店對手也不是黑，這是我想去南京旅遊訂的酒店在這家感受到的，真的非常不好

看評論就知道是寶藏民宿，在城市裡的安靜時光，附近有商場，吃吃喝喝就去南湖東路很不錯，服務很熱情，就是房間有點小，兩個女生沒問題

民宿非常有特色，有種耕讀園的悠閒感覺。老闆也非常熱情，邀請我與朋友一起吃晚餐。非常可惜沒辦法一起吃一頓，因為朋友們突然幫我訂了演唱會的門票。下次路過南京的時候，一定會再次入住的！
