Here is the kindest service hotel in my experience.

Highly disappointing and not worth the money! Because of covid restrictions it was difficult to get in the park where the hotel was located. We were told that there was a fireworks display on but didn’t receive a ticket like everyone else, nor were we told there would be transport to the fireworks location which, needless to say, we missed.
The pool was cold and none of the spa facilities I.e the sauna or steam room were switched on so I couldn’t use any of these.
The buffet was limited at both dinner and breakfast and I would not call it a western buffet in any regards.
Save your money and go to the Westin or the Ritz for better quality.
Beautiful view from our room though.

環境：園博園的幾家酒店基本都住過了 麗笙是在十三園的旁邊 這次過來看打鐵花 就住到這 環境特別好 晚上也很安靜；
設施：沒有小冰箱 酒店的洗護也很一般 希望有待提升，吹風機是戴森的 加分！住這兒也是看中酒店的泳池 很棒！泳池旁的大叔也很負責 一直看着泳池裡的小朋友們。温泉開放時間有點短 碰上沒素質的客人不穿泳衣就進去泡了 我們立馬就走了 沒體驗到；
服務：酒店的服務很到位，入住一直有陪同進房間 並且有求必應 值得誇讚！
這的早餐品種有點少 希望以後能多加中餐類。

入園送的園博園入園門票2張，逛的園區，看了植物園，南京園，蘇州園，雲夢池谷
設施：酒店很棒，我們在園區泡泡樂園等酒店專線20分鐘沒來，打電話找酒店，馬上讓師傅開了專車來接我們回去
衞生：衞生也很好，房間很乾凈，馬桶自動
環境：酒店的位置也很方便，在南京園，揚州園旁邊，離打鐵花表演很近
服務：服務也是沒得説，早餐很好吃，酒店的温泉跟游泳池下午帶娃去了。沒什麼人，很棒
酒店的自助早餐也很不錯誒，拿鐵咖啡手沖不錯，房間裏還配有小型咖啡機
對了，我們叫的外賣，酒店可以帶取，這個很棒👍🏻，十點多送來的
送的旅拍沒去。來不及了，下次可以試試，就在酒店大廳的一樓
去的時候，酒店有套圈遊玩，20元5個圈，畫畫，小朋友在那邊畫畫玩，要是有個小童樂園就更好了

房間比別家寬敞，佈局合理。這次升級入住的湖景房非常滿意。
園區中心，出門蘇州園就在旁邊。
住在頂樓四樓，温泉和泳池就在三樓二樓很方便。
早餐挺豐富，但是粉絲湯沒有鴨血有點意外。現做的蛋卷和華夫餅很贊。
但是酒店高爾夫車一次都沒享受到，説是按小時出租的，記的以前雲池夢谷還有接駁車的，現在也沒了。如果沒比較的話還是挺不錯的。

房間很大很寬敞，有獨立的衞生間🚽和淋浴🚿房。還有一個大大的浴缸🛁適合小朋友玩耍。陽台是很驚喜之處可以吹風發呆很舒服，尤其是當晚入住還下了小雨，聽雨打在屋檐上的聲音很好聽！三樓有網紅泳池工作人員很負責一直在巡場安全措施很到位。

這次帶孩子來比賽，住在園博園裡選擇了這家酒店。整體住下來很不錯哦～給大家寫詳細些作為參考。
交通：從南京市區出發，不堵車情況下不到一小時可以到了。酒店是在園區裏面，第一次進來酒店會發電子票進入園區，後面憑藉房卡可以不限次進入，非常方便。
酒店價格：週末入住，雙床房平均1000/晚（前台貼心給升級了房間，最高四層樓，窗外的山景很漂亮）。
酒店早餐：房價包含兩個大人自主早餐，孩子不到120cm免費。自助早餐豐盛可口，種類齊全。
環境：
房間大小：我們一家四口住，床拼在一起很大。
房間風格：很有設計感簡約，乾濕分離，廁所遠離床的設計很喜歡。另外，房間還有專門的梳粧台，吹風機是戴森，很加分哦。
床品：乾淨床很軟舒服，提供大人小孩浴袍
提供物品：基本上都有，洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋等
隔音：很好，在山裡麪很安靜。
窗外風景：山景，方案望去很治癒
前台：服務比較友好，有要求都能滿足。比如幫我們延時退房～
酒店整理很有設計感，園博園裡麪的酒店都是這樣的風格哈。不管哪裡拍照都很出片。建議有時間可以帶拍照的古裝或者旗袍，不管是酒店裡麪還是對面的園林，都是很好的拍攝點。
最後感謝酒店，走的時候遺忘了pad，酒店打掃發現及時聯繫我們。
如果要提提意見，酒店可參考下：
1、浴缸和洗漱台地麪增加防滑措施，總感覺有點滑不安全；
2、房間內的空調感覺製冷效果一般，晚上睡覺會比較熱。
