公寓老闆服務態度非常好！房間內有洗衣機（配有洗衣粉）窗台（擋雨）可晾曬衣物；屋內有獨立衞生間兼淋浴間。小區19幢有岡山超市，很方便！非常適合剛來南京找工作的年輕人入住！圖片忘記拍了，和網上展示的是一致的。

地方距地鐵站步行10分鐘左右。因為是新店，房間佈置比較新，但面積不大衹有8平左右，而且內置式衞生間就在床旁邊。房間衹適合一個人住，且隨身行李不多的背包客或是因考試臨時住宿的學生。另外因為在一樓，下雨天有點潮濕。總體性價比還行，不過後期漲價，謹慎推薦。
