賓館有一定的歷史，設備舊可以理解，但房間有黴的氣味。説是二樓的房間，電梯上來，拉開有點破的窗簾，窗外是雜草叢生的景象。
帶孩子真的不建議，床的靠背，居然很多灰還有蜘蛛網，地上的地毯很久很臟，居然還粘了很多之前入住人的頭髮。晚上問前台拿多一個枕頭，前台説整個酒店都沒多出來的枕頭了，一家三口衹有兩個枕頭。

去德天瀑布，必住酒店，在錳礦公司的大院內，看中的就是安全性，很有年代感的地方，彷彿回到了90年代。
各方面都比較中規中矩，設施也很有年代感，勝在超高的性價比。很喜歡。

就是舊了點，其他很好，環境好，服務好，周邊配套好，周邊很贊，早餐到宵夜都有，咖啡燒烤都有！

去德天瀑布的時候經過的落腳地，屬於下雷鎮，這個酒店就是當地最好的酒店了，值得説的是酒店周圍的景色真是太美了！

差評！一進房間臭味很大房間牆壁漏水，讓人感覺很不舒服，還有很多垃圾，衞生差極了！

環境很好，國企南方錳業的對外賓館，前有大草坪和空地，後面漂亮的湖，還可以逛職工生活區，感受國企職工生活氛圍，周邊吃飯也很方便。唯一不足標間的床是1.2寬，稍窄。

各方面都很不錯，德天瀑布那邊什麼房都沒了，稍微不遠的民宿都超貴，我們反正也是玩完了瀑布景區再晚上住宿，所以就在行程必經的這裏住了這個酒店

這個價格非常不錯了，不奢望周邊環境多好，五一從古龍水峽谷回來住一晚第二天去德天瀑布還是很好的
