Bolton Hotel

[Ctrip booking is seriously inconsistent with the on-site experience! One hotel, three names + a bad experience with poor facilities] I booked a room at the "Boton Hotel" on the Ctrip platform, but the actual experience was quite confusing: 1️⃣ * Booking and navigation confusion trap * - Enter "Boton Hotel" in Didi Taxi and no such hotel is found (Figure 1) - After searching by the Ctrip address "Boton Hotel, No. 22 Zhuxi Avenue", it is displayed as "Boning Hotel" (Figure 2) - After arriving at the Bonin Hotel, I was directed to the next door. When I looked up, I saw the sign of "Bolton Hotel" (Pictures 3, 4) - Finally I called the hotel and was told: "This is Yueta X E-sports Hotel" 🔥 *Porcelain-style naming + address nesting doll trap* - The platform name "Boton" sounds like a high-end chain, but in fact it is only one letter different from the legitimate **Boning Hotel** next door (definitely a name-grabbing scam!) (Three signs at one address, the platform name is completely separated from the actual logo, the whole process is like playing an escape room!) 2️⃣ *Anti-human space design* - There is only a narrow gap of 0.8 meters between the bed and the toilet (actual measurement!) (Figure 5.6) 3️⃣ *Ice-cold crit in the cold winter* - Air conditioning and heating are useless - Continuous loud tractor-like noise 【Blood and Tears Suggestion】 ❌ Those who are sensitive to space please take a detour ❌ Be sure to bring your own heater when staying in winter ❌ It is recommended to confirm the physical signboard through video before booking ❌ Ctrip/Didi information is seriously distorted, please be vigilant 💣 *Double kill of consumer rights* - The Ctrip page does not indicate the "e-sports hotel" attribute (middle-aged and elderly guests accidentally entered and crashed) **【Soul Questioning】** ❓ Why deliberately use a name that is highly similar to the big hotel next door? ❓ Why do different platforms deliberately set confusing aliases? ❓ Is it possible to use consumers’ trust in the “Boning” brand to attract customers? This stay completely refreshed my understanding: it turns out that a hotel can be Boton, Bolton, and Yueta X E-sports Hotel at the same time, but it is not a qualified accommodation place that travelers need! * It is recommended that the market supervision department intervene to investigate the name compliance!

When booking a room on Ctrip, the fee will be automatically deducted. However, on the day of check-in, the front desk asked me to pay first before checking in. After I paid, Ctrip deducted the money again the next day. I was charged repeatedly and there was no result after multiple attempts to communicate with them. There was no refund even after 9 days. No one in charge called me to ask when the matter would be dealt with. There is still no result. This hotel claims to be the best place in terms of service. The way they do things in their store really doesn't take customers into consideration. Must give a bad review.
