⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An amazing stay! I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, and is close to restaurants and shopping. Environment and Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with a modern and warm decor. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, complete toiletries, and even a smart toilet! Service: The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. Room service was responsive, and any needs were addressed promptly. Additional Highlights: The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great; the rooftop observation deck offered a fantastic view, perfect for taking photos. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Location near North Lake South Road subway station, good front desk service, many breakfast options, but when I went to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, almost all the finished tables were not cleared, I hope it can be improved. The soundproofing is terrible, and the air conditioner is very noisy. I'm inexplicably woken up by the landline in the middle of the night, followed by noise from downstairs. The neighbors in the next room are constantly noisy; you can hear them talking clearly. The air conditioner is awful and extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep well at night. It's a completely unpleasant experience.

房間還好，前台服務很專業，雖然沒有訂早餐，最後一天由於趕時間6點半出發，到總枱小哥為了避免我們在外面浪費時間吃早餐，特意送了自助餐券給我們，服務點個暫，設施方面稍微有點遺憾，床架有點印子顯得不整潔，還有洗手盆的冷熱水標誌是反的，希望工程部用點心向前台學習。 停車很方便，車位多，帶電網快充，周邊吃的東西很多。 婚慶場地很漂亮，菜品也還可以。
