上到房間，開門發現房間都沒收拾（圖1），地上還有大戰三回合的痕跡，前台説是上一個員工錄入錯誤，狡辯，因為已經不是第一次出現這種情況，換房間後（但是沒換房卡）期間出現有人刷卡進房間，要不是已經反鎖，那直接心態爆炸，環境還是不錯，服務直接給一份1分，錯了還嘴硬

設施：酒店設施很新，有洗衣機跟烘乾機十分的方便。
衞生：房間打掃很乾凈，客房阿姨很熱情。
環境：酒店很新，樓層的香薰挺香的，房間的落地窗視野開闊，晚上能看夜景很愜意。

位置位於五象萬象滙旁，交通十分便利，房間內的視野非常好，晚上還能看到總部基地的夜景，房間內的小度可以控制房間的燈光空調等，使用起來很方便，性價比非常高！會推薦給身邊朋友~
