This was my first stay at a Bed & Breakfast and had the best experience! The Inn was so cozy and homey and the owners were so sweet! Breakfast each morning was delicious! The avocado toast

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Right from the very beginning everything was excellent. From the friendly and helpful staff to the wonderful room, big comfortable bed and excellent gourmet breakfast. We will be back!

I loved the privacy and the small atmosphere. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. The only thing that was a problem was some ants came in thru the front window.

Great breakfasts & very nice host. Our front upstairs room & shower was very spacious but there’s street noise, dirty windows, 2 chairs that felt like they were not working well & jetted tub had no jets.

Mehhh. A lesser experience than anticipated. The welcome champagne is a tiny bottle for two than is ridiculous, seems cheap and when I removed the champagne style top, it hid a screw off that seems emblematic of the place. Staff made efforts and very nice hosts

The property is immaculate. The breakfasts are delicious, homemade, and gourmet quality. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and quiet. I almost didn’t do a review so I could keep the hidden gem a secret;) Book the “Inn on First” it will make your weekend!

Fantastic small and cozy bed and breakfast hotel. Walking distance to downtown Napa and many dining options. Details have been tended to from decor to the waiting champagne
In room spa (jets didn’t work) and fireplace made for a great couples getaway
