The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and resonated at the head of the two beds.
Can't sleep unless very sleepy. I told the front desk staff that no one came to deal with it, and the swimming pool was not taken care of, it was very dirty, and the spa was unusable. In short, it was very bad.

Our shower water was scalding hot even when you turn it to cold. We asked the front desk for a maintenance but she said that she's the only one right now. Not even offered a solution.. So we asked for another room, and she gave a room next to our previous one.. Same thing! So we called again and we got another one but different floor.

I could have given 5 but the bed needs to be check , if I turned from side to side , I hear the mattress spring making sounds as well as the heater making noise disturbing our sleep.

Check in was so easy. The woman at the front desk greeted me with a huge smile and upgraded our room for free. She was a gem! The room was clean and cozy and quiet. Nice view from the balcony and got to watch air balloons in the morning with coffee. Would stay again for sure!

First we got there and they gave us a room where the noise from some type of fan sounded like a jet taking off. It was not the air, it was turned off. Then we asked to be moved. They moved us to the second floor which unknown to us was under the 3rd floor which was being totally gutted and remodeled. The noise was incredible but we were going to dinner so off we went. The next morning which was Xmas EVE, the noise started at 7am. We complained but some noise still existed and by 9am it was full speed ahead. Obviously to us, the hotel just didn't care and the staff had no common sense. FORGET STAYING HERE!

Our room was so nice and clean we were so impressed. The bedding was clean and fresh. The lobby and dining areas were also very clean. The breakfast was good also.
