A beautiful room in this small but lovely hotel, full of character and in a good location. Staff were helpful and arranged travel/attraction cards (Artecard). Breakfast in our room was just right and very reasonable price. Hotel is close to Metro and bus links, but very walkable to older part of the city.

Small hotel with character in a good district about half an hours walk to the centre. Hotel 2 minutes from a metro station if you dont fancy the walking. High end shopping, gucci,louis Vuitton, etc just minutes away.

Beautiful rooms, great staff, extremely helpful set up day trip for us that was fantastic ( Pompeii and Vesuvius ) Room and bathroom was spotless balcony was great . fully stocked mini bar with reasonable prices . across the street from metro .....

this is on the 4th floor of an 1890's building, converted into professional offices for most floors. The amenities--elevators, plumbing--are modern. The aesthetics--wrought iron beds, neo-baroque decoration, wall paper and wall prints --echo those early days. The upscale neighborhood is a delight to walk in, and a stone's throw from a metro station that connects to a second intersecting line, and most importantly, to the main train station. If what you want is a cost-engineered conference center of a hotel with big rooms in hang out just to drink and party, you won't be happy here. If you want to enjoy the scene outside , like a Neapolitan, and have your celebrations in the 5 good restaurants 60 feet away, then this is your place.

I have never experienced this ANYWHERE, but someone entered our room when we were out at night ...and went into our suitcases. They even left the remote control for the air conditioning underneath some clothes in of the suit cases. Truly appalling invasion of privacy and ZERO RESPECT for the guests

Fantastic staff., great location, could not be enter better, Metro station near by, will stay again, great restaurants nearby, beautiful room, excellent room service, lots of cafes nearby, all up the best hotel we stayed at during our trip

The location makes this an ideal choice in Naples. You can easily get everywhere and you are steps away from shopping and first rate restaurants. The neighborhood is 100% local and genuine. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, air conditioned. The room sizes are generous with lovely views. (I had a view of Vesuvius.)

Very charming cute little hotel in a great quiet laid back area of Napoli.
The hotel is right next to a metro station which made it very easy to navigate around the area with the hotel as a base.
It was a little confusing finding it though when arriving as one would think that the hotel is the entire building shown in the listing pictures, but it only encompasses the 4th floor of the building.
The staff was very nice & incredibly helpful, even booking an early morning taxi for us to the train station.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had 2 nights at Pinto-Storey, and it was a very nice experience. It is a little bit hidden, while there is no signs outside. The Hotel is very cute, clean and comfortable, with nice staff. It has a balcony you can sit on and watch the life outside. There is a minibar in the room, and you can have coffee and breakfast. The metro is just around the corner - and there are lots of nice places to eat in the area. Can highly recommend to stay in Pinto-Storey if you are in Naples.
