Our contact, after paying on arrival, was with Mrs. Maria, who only takes care of the breakfasts and the cleaning of the rooms. Friendly helpful courteous, very clean! We took 3 rooms, all nice and clean. We will be back!

The very kind staff .. located in the historic center .. silent and the superior rooms with a beautiful view of via chiaia. Breakfast in the room served by them with the possibility of having what you want most. Our accommodation every time we go down to Naples.

We contacted the structure for an overnight stay, they were quick and punctual in giving information, including the fact of the possibility of different views in different rooms. The clean room, the only flaw ... deliver a room with a broken toilet seat. Sometimes the structures get lost in the small details that make the difference for the customers. The room facing the street is a bit busy and noisy. It is about 20 minutes by bus from the central station, easily reachable. From here then on foot you can move quietly to the various "classic" destinations. Due to covid, breakfast is in the room, it's a bit sad. Unfortunately, you only meet the staff upon arrival and at the time of breakfast delivery, so communicating time changes is also a bit complicated. However I would go back, the negative points are surmountable 😉

Struttura curata soprattutto nella pulizia. L'abbiamo presa in gruppo ed è stato bello vedere i bambini andare da una stanza all'altra, cosa che in htl non avremmo fatti. Ottima la colazione su richiesta e servita on camera dal personale gentilissimo. Posizione strategica per vivere Napoli di giorno e di sera. Da rifare!!!
