A great weekend stay. Room was wonderfully clean when we walked in. Front desk staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast that is available. Special shout out to Kevin the shuttle driver who tirelessly runs customers back and forth to downtown and always has a smile on his face. Hotel is in a great area - close enough to all the fun on Broadway but far enough to get a good night sleep (even with the highway directly behind the hotel, you still sleep well). Bed was comfortable, room very clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This is a great hotel off the downtown area. Free parking a plus. Need to step up their breakfast... Currently a pre-packaged selections.

Outstanding customer service from ALL staff members we came in contact with. Shuttle service was excellent...a strong advantage for this Nashville hotel.

Has been a better stay over all that k have had this year. The only thing I can say is bump up the hot water heater a click. It wasn’t hot enough. Staff was really helpful!

Had a wonderful experience the hotel was very clean all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a great bonus going back and forth to downtown. The breakfast was very good and an excellent selection. They are doing a great job at this location.

Nice hotel at convenient distance from Downtown Nashville. Rooms are well equipped and they have a complimentary shuttle service to go and come from tourist locations.

Excellent service and a nice room. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete but other than that everything was great. The sweet lady at the check-in was wonderful and welcoming.
