Hotels near Taiheiji Temple in Nasukarasuyama

Ogane Onsen Grand Hotel is in the heart of Nasukarasuyama and about 15 minutes walk from JR Ogane station. This hotel is located near Ryumon Waterfall. Yukata is available in each room for guests to wear during their stay. Guests may use communal bath, open-air bath and the sauna. The hotel possesses 60 guest rooms.

Since the 14th floor is a spa, the floor below the front desk is the guest room floor. When I entered the room, the strong lingering scent of the previous guest and the stagnant air as if I had just been there just a moment ago. The unique smell of hairdressing that my uncle puts on his head... it didn't go away even when I turned on the air purifier and the air conditioner, and I ended up enduring that stinky smell throughout my stay. I made a reservation because it was a 4-star hotel near the station and the price was cheap, but it is the same level of facility as a 3-star hotel near the station. It seems that spa lovers will be pleased, but it is not a hot spring, but a fresh water bath, so I was not impressed and could not find value even if I took a bath from the top floor of the building and looked at the outside, which was not beautiful. The bathroom is clean. Everyone rushes into the spa like a race. There are many people even right after the spa starts in the morning. I didn't choose it because of the open-air bath on the 14th floor. Breakfast was good. Everyone was eating so much that I was amazed at how much they usually eat for breakfast, and I was overwhelmed and ended up eating more than usual. At the spa and breakfast, I was scared of all the people who were competing with each other. There is a time limit for breakfast, but most people don't follow it. Especially if you have children with you, it can't be helped, but the father will be busy making sure the children have enough food, and he will put silent pressure on you to move around as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to grab a large portion from a small platter. In the morning, a little girl imitates her mother's tone and lectures her father loudly, her father continues to ignore her, and the baby at another table starts crying. Mom yelling at the boy running around...It was chaotic, but since it was a summer vacation city hotel near the station, I thought it was seasonal, so I listened to the child's sermon to the dad with a smile. Nightwear, or rather spa wear, is provided in the room, and you are allowed to move around the hotel wearing it. It's made of synthetic fibers, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep in because it doesn't absorb sweat. If you are interested, we recommend that you bring your pajamas. The body shampoo etc. that are installed are said to be organic, but I think people have different tastes. My hair became frizzy probably because it was organic.

We stayed for one night in a capsule cabin. It is the best for hot spring lovers because you can use a large bath for 24 hours (9 〜 10 am not available for cleaning). However, holidays and so on are crowded, so you may feel less 々 stress. The capsule cabin has a TV and outlet, and it's okay if you just sleep. However, it is recommended to use an earplug in the cabin because it is a little concerned about the sound of other people's in and out and out and the sound of the air cleaner.

Breakfast is ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ format at LaPIS (ﾗﾋﾟｽ) on the third floor, but it is very normal in content (attached photo impression).

It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

The room is small, including the bathroom. But it was enough for one person to sleep. The free amenities were small and there was no comb or shower cap, but I thought it was okay because I could stay cheaper than other hotels in the neighborhood. Overall there was a feeling of cleanliness, and the staff was polite and nice. The freshly baked bread for breakfast was more than expected! There were croissants, egg bread and apple bread, but I was surprised that they were all delicious. It was really just the right amount for me, who didn't need the amount of breakfast buffet. If I have a chance to go to Utsunomiya again, I think I will use it next time.

Newly opened next to Ena City Route Inn Ena. Although it is a container house, the inside is a slightly smaller hotel room. I can hardly hear outside sounds. It's comfortable. The TV is so big that it's hard to watch in the small room. The bathroom was small, but the size of the bath was sufficient. I stayed alone in Simmons' double bed and slept soundly. It's a bit inconvenient because the front desk is far away, but it's convenient to have your own car when you open the door. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and Hot Mott nearby, making it convenient.
