設施：不完善，沒有單獨衞生間，空調介紹有，但去看了，沒有空調，沒有窗子，在虛假宣傳
衞生：枕頭髮黃，毛巾也發黃，還破，床上有未清理乾淨的頭髮
環境：環境還行
