The hotel pleasantly surprised:
1. Ideal location relative to the pyramids. Opposite the entrance to the hotel there are ticket offices for buying tickets to the pyramids. From the 2nd floor, where breakfasts are held, it is an ideal place to admire the views of the pyramids. On the 4th floor, from the restaurant, there is also a wonderful view of the Pyramids at any time of the day. We watched the light show in the evening with a cup of aromatic tea.
2. The service of the hotel team is also ideal. All the staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation. We arrived very early and they helped us check in earlier than the standard time.
3. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. The hotel is modern (we found the construction date of 2023). The room is clean inside, everything works. Snow-white clean bed linen, soft pillows.

The location of the room is very good, just opposite the South Gate Ticket Office, a little hard to find. You can see the Pyramids at night, and the sanitation is also very clean, but the air conditioner is too noisy! It's like a plane taking off! The location is excellent. It is directly opposite the ticket office at the East Gate. The private balcony can see all nine pyramids. The top floor has an unobstructed view (but because it is close to the scenic area, there is a lot of camel and horse feces. You can smell it when you go out. Fortunately, there is no smell on the balcony)

Hotels near the pyramids are poor value for money. The view is good, but the hotel room condition is so-so. The hotel reception staff did not give me 50 pounds of change for the hotel fee and pretended not to notice. They say it's because I'm Egyptian. I feel bad. Breakfast is not very good.
