I booked this hotel because the airport was near, and I checked in at midnight. The boss was very enthusiastic. The waiter was sweaty and took 2 towels from a pile of towels for us. I paid for this hotel booking site and stayed at the hotel I was charged for my stay. I showed the image of the receipt from the app, explained it, and asked for a refund. I made a bill payment together with a tuk-tuk, Because the tuk tuk was priced high for reasons I don't understand I didn't get the full amount paid for the hotel. The owner didn't know I had paid. and answered. Why did you make a reservation by paying with a card from the app site? It was a pity that it was difficult to understand whether it was answered like that and what kind of mechanism it is 😢
