Great location, very nice service, very happy with our stay; however, the only thing we wish was better is the bed, it was very small for two people to sleep in (120cm), should’ve been 140cm at least.

The hotel is really good located only 15 minutes from the city. Mall center near, parking space outdoor and indoor and the best capirinhas ever :) I Will absolutely come back with my family in Summer time .. Staff Is nice and Kadri Is really a nice boy, he offer me a coffe before i leave the hotel and helped me to call a taxi.

The hotel is a haven of peace with a warm atmosphere, almost like home. The staff is incomparably kind, really at the service of the customers. Everyone always has a smile on their face and a kind word. It's easy to chat with them, which is very appreciable. A most pleasant stay guaranteed! Be back in a few weeks

Everything was like i expected and even better! I recommend this hotel to anyone wants a chill, pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing, I also used the fitness room. Everything was clean and well prepared.

This was simply the best stay in a hotel we have ever had. The Staff were exceptional, the rooms were brilliant and the service like we received nowhere else. Our journey was so stressful with a breakdown in Germany, and the Staff at Rioca, could not have been better with understanding and helping us to rest and get on with our journey. One of the finest Hotels I have ever stayed in, because of the Staff. Oh, and the rooms were fabulous too.

I was a long stay at rioca neu Ulm posto 5, for 2 full months. My experience there was extremely pleasant, generally it was a great place to live in. Special thanks to Pricilla & Kadri for being so helpful!
