Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Strategic location for various types of excursions you can do, including the famous tour in the Mongolfier, nearby possibility to take horse tours or quads. Super recommended. Melissa

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

I have seen all over world more than 300 otel.. maybe only 4 or 5 otel was terrible like this.. if i havent stayed 2 nights ago another goreme hotel with same price.. i would think this is goreme hotel standard. but before coming here , i stayed another hotel same price.. very quality desing , 7 8 different fruit at breakfast.. very quality breakfast.. and also also free cappucina latte coffree tea machine 24 hours.. What is hotel ? they try to collect people with a lot of lies . First this is not stone hotel .this is normal building...normal house. when they decide to open otel they covered otel with stone material .. Second otel have 7 rooms.. 3 rooms is at underground.. %80 percent of this rooms is lower than street level ..there is window at the top .. you can watch people food from this rooms.. also reservation page there is not any comment about this .. they dont write '' this is underground room'' .. they write only these are Comfort room Third ...rooms are wet so cold.. there is not air condition at rooms.. central heating system.. and they open very little.. because they love money.. when i first enter room.. room was cold.i require to open heating system .. they offer me giving me blanket.... i said i am not guest .. i paid money.. after that they open very little .. you must always want something .. because they always want to keep money.. they want to be rich very fastly.. Breakfast.. i enter breakfast salon 9 oclock .. also cold.. tomato finsh cucumber .. i said 2 time adter that they prepare new tomato .. first they try , if i dont want , they will not spend tomato cucumber .. so they will keep money.. also there was not bread , i want bread ..they take out from beg.. also tea was finished... instead of preparing new tea.. they offered me tea bag ..there was cheese tomtoa salam all very little portion.. all thisg especially selected from cheap materials.. after sea 2 days ago hotel with 8 kind of fruit this hotel breakfast nothing.. at room there was kettle present tea and cofffe and 2 cake .. but bed was very noisy.. when turning one side to another .. give bery much noise .. And bathroom.. there was shower cabin .. so when you take shower.. after shower .. bathroom was like pooll ...one year ago i have seen same cooment .. 1 year passed but they didnt prepare this.. why because they love money .. Rooö doom.. not like otel door.. like house door.. half glass.. all light at outside entering to house..all noise .. all talking at reception entering inside the room.. why not change door.. because they love money.. Was planning on staying just one night. Enjoyed it so much stayed one more. The location is amazing. Very very central. Close to everywhere. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The loft is great, the breakfast is very rich, and the omelettes are eaten. The room was very clean, it was a bit hot in summer, and most of Goreme’s accommodation was not air conditioned. The breakfast is delicious. There is a viewing platform upstairs. The boss is super nice, warm and kind. If you have any questions, you can ask the boss to solve them. The traditional homestay layout is very cost-effective. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. You can contact the boss to pick up and drop off the plane. Recommend the green line! The red line is also good. I stayed for three nights. The boss also had WeChat and WhatsApp laughing.

I wasn't looking for 5 star luxury, just a comfy room to sleep in. It was very reasonably priced, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely, there was a roof terrace which was lovely to relax in. There was a pool, but it didn't look inviting, and access felt good be improved. We booked a shuttle from NAV but when we landed, no one was there. I was there with my 8 Yr old, ad due yo delays, we landed at 8.30pm, so I just got a taxi. The hotel offered to refund the difference of shuttle cost and taxi, which was kind. We booked the red tour with them too, which was great. Location is perfect, literally less than 30 seconds walk to a supermarket and lots of options to eat. Our room was clean, shower was great, cleaned daily. No complaints. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The location was perfect as it was close to all the restaurants and shops in the area. Hotel had enough facilities that we need, breakfast was awesome and the terrace view during breakfast is amazing! The auntie who cooks amazing borek for breakfast was really lovely too! Receptionist was very helpful to suggest us nice places to have dinner and see the balloon from below. Will stay in this hotel for sure if I get the chance to visit Cappadocia once more.

We were in October, the weather was already cold. How nice was it to come into your cosy room after the day of walk, and when the evening was freezing. The rooms are very spacious, there is everything necessary. Clean, neat, comfortable and silence - this was our room. The staff is welcome. We stayed very happy. And wifi is great!

My husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Receptions extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. Additionally, the location of the hotel is good as it is around a 5-10 minute drive away from Göreme centre. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!
