"I stayed for two nights in Cappadocia. I received a very warm welcome. The reception staff were very helpful in English, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The free breakfast had a wide variety of items, so I was able to enjoy a traditional Turkish breakfast. I love cheese, so I was happy to be able to try a variety of different types. Dinner was also available, but for an additional fee. The menu was also very Turkish and delicious. The portions were generous, leaving me full. After checking out, while waiting for the van to the airport, they offered me Turkish coffee. When I asked about my favorite dish, they taught me how to make it, which I thought was a really kind hotel. If I go to Cappadocia again, I'll definitely stay here again. I prefer a quiet environment, so the location was perfect, but it may not be for those who prefer busy areas."

Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks."

"I had a wonderful stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel and I am very happy with my experience. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Cappadocia. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Bahar, who was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Please choose Osmanli Hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. "This is my second visit to Cappadocia but my 1st stay at Safran Cave Hotel. Visited Cappadocia previously in October 2022. However this is my younger sister’s 1st visit to Türkiye. Safran Cave Hotel’s team warm hospitality, professionalism, and helpfulness wowed both of us and made our stay a very pleasant and memorable experience. Our appreciation to the hotel’s reception staffs; brother Humayun Kabir and sister Feride who wowed us throughout our 4 days - 3 nights stay. They helped us with the hot air ballon, Green, and Red tours reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed these activities. Safran Cave Hotel breakfast lounge view complemented the delicious menemen and Turkish pancake cooked by sister Dilek Ozdemir. Combined, they helped make every breakfast a wonderful experience both for our eyes and palate. The hotel rooftop terrace was an amazing place for hot air ballon viewing at sunrise. Highly recommend Safran Cave Hotel in Goreme, Cappadocia."
