Hotel was clean and quiet. We arrived after midnight on New Year’s Eve and had reserved a king room noting our late arrival. When we got to our room we discovered we’d been given 2 doubles. The front desk hadn’t told us we weren’t in a king. When we called to inquire we were told there were no kings available, not because they were sold out but because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned them all. We didn’t reserve the room until a few hours prior to checking in so it was disappointing that ******* showed king rooms available when they were not. There was a breakdown in communication between the hotel and ******* regarding the room type availability. We were disappointed that we were not told by the front desk that our reserved room type was not available prior to getting to our room. Overall it was a nice hotel and the employees were friendly.

Hampton Inn in New Albany is a great alternative to the more expensive hotels in downtown Louisville and access to Louisville is quick and easy in I-64. The property is very clean and service with a smile.

Very quiet during the night and we slept very well. The room was clean and updated. The biggest negative was being able to cool the room down enough.

Clean and comfy rooms, great breakfast, and nice staff. Don't expect to sleep in though, housekeeping was playing loud music in the hallways!

The breakfast wasn't really good. The muffins were dry, and the eggs were tasteless and cool.
