Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean accommodations and very walkable! My So. And I enjoyed the daily mimosas and hot chocolate. We also very much appreciated the use of the very big umbrella’s for those rainy days! We would definitely go back!

I had never been to New York City. I chose Club Wyndham based on their description of being "in the center of it all." It is an accurate statement. A block away from the UN General building, only a couple of blocks from Grand Central Station, and from there all of NYC opens up! The staff were helpful, friendly, and outgoing to ensure that I was taken care of. When my friend arrived after me, they called my room to verify that he was allowed in. Staff recognized us all week long, and made the resort seem very secure. I look forward to returning and spending more time exploring the city knowing that my home base is well cared for and secure.

Took a last minute, first time trip to NYC, hubby was more than hesitant. Trip ended up being short but amazing, location was perfect . We walked mostly but also took the subway. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We attended a time share presentation for extra money for food. Beds were so comfortable and many delicious food options close by. Hoping to travel here again soon!

Stayed seven nights, was approached on first day regarding attending a timeshare presentation, but after that we were left alone. Room was comfortable with a fridge and coffee maker. There was access to a microwave and coffee in both of the two lounges. Hotel is in a good location, about 20 min walk to Times Square. Friendly staff.

Great location close to subway, restaurants, everything. Quiet in the evenings. The units and resort were very clean. There's an amazing rooftop lounge to hang out in. Great coffee machine (literally better than any coffee shop coffee) on the rooftop lounge and in the lobby, nice size gym for NYC, wifi was strong, individual heater in living room and in bedroom allowed us to control heat at night, and there are small washer and dryers to use. The dryers aren't super efficient and they are in use constantly in the evenings, but they are there. We were able to wash clothes late at night and some that didn't dry we hung in the closet to finish air drying. Excellent customer service from everyone at the resort. This is literally our favorite place to stay in NYC now.

My husband and I took a stay vacation in Manhattan during the NYC schools mid winter break. We live in Queens. We used Access A Ride to get to the 3 Broadway plays, NYC Winery at pier 57 and to participate in the audience of the VIEW. We planned our entire week in advance. The Owners Lounge on the 33rd floor was a real plus providing coffee, tea and hot chocolate until 11:00 P.M. Specialty drinks were provided daily in addition to champaign in the lobby. Monday, there was live music. Friday, we had wine and cheese with an impressive display of crackers, veggies, gourmet cheeses. Themes changed daily. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Visited as time share owners. Know the drill. Better this second visit , even after 6 years! Great helpful staff. Lovely room. We were on the 10th floor. One of the lifts only ends at the 10th floor. Total floors 33, where there is a lounge with amazing views of New York including the Chrysler Building amongst others. See photos

Great hotel and even better location. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. There is a rooftop sitting area that has amazing views. Everything was in walking distance and the location made it very easy to get around. LAG airport is only about 20 minutes away. You can't go wrong staying at this location.

Immaculate room, incredible service and fantastic location! We were able to easily travel all through Manhattan and at the end of each day, get comfortable in a fully equipped studio. Highly recommend Club Wyndham in Manhattan.
