It's very close to Times Square, so it's easy to get around. There is also a grocery store right next door, making it easy to buy snacks and drinks. However, since there is only an air conditioner with a cooling function and the room is heated by the heat of the stove, it can be a bit cold in the winter.

This hotel has had murder cases on different floors. There are rooms that are not marked on the floor plan of the room. I personally find it very strange. This is the most taboo. The hotel facilities are old and it is not recommended to stay.

The only small issue I had very simply I have stayed there before and have gotten there before the normal chicken time and was always allowed to check in without being offered or hit with an additional fee. when I went this time they wanted a fee for me to check in said that those were the rules I told them that I had been there less than 10 days before and didn't get it with a fee and they still told me that I would have to pay a fee other than that the stay was excellent

We totally enjoyed our stay!!! The staff were so kind and helpful!!! The ONLY thing I can say is that I have never stayed anywhere that didnt have a thermostat in the room...had to call maintenance to turn the heat down. But it was taken care of RIGHT AWAY... :)

Location is very accessible and easy to get to. Hotel seems to be under renovation. Only one lift was working for a few days during my stay. Very very basic accommodations, but ultimately you’re not hanging out in your room that much in nyc.

Perfect location if you’re visiting time square. The entire staff were great!!! Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The bed had to be the absolute WORST bed EVER!!! Felt as though the springs were going to come out, was also very squeaky. Sleeping on the floor I think would have been better. There is also no way to adjust the heat so it stayed super stuffy. No refrigerator in the room so we were unable to have cold drinks in the room. Coffee shop across the street is WONDERFUL!!! I would only consider staying here again if they were to get new beds.

The staff was amazing and very accomodating! We travelled with our 20 month old and our 2 month old and they had pack n play for both in our rooms. Easy walk to the subway and many dining/shopping options.

Loved how close it was to Time Square. The hotel is small and old but the room was updated simple, and modern and pretty spacious. We arrived at 6:30am our check in wasnt until 3 but we were lucky to do early check in.
