Great place to stay in NYC if you are on a budget. The hotel is older and the rooms are small but it's all very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included with your stay) was the best breakfast I've had in any NYC hotel. I highly recommend The Leo House!

The most hospitable and pleasant people I have met at any accommodation yet. Definitely pick this if your budget doesn't allow for a fancy hotel.

The staff was really helpful but the place is old and dingy. The worst part we’re the clanging pipes in the night, no thermostat in the rooms to control your own temperature, and their rules—metal room key you have to deposit and pick up each time you come and go, no guests not registered to the hotel, doors locked at all times and have to be buzzed in. It made for a hassle and strange experience.

Parking on 23street was easy....had to move car at 7:30am and repark at 8:30.....great neighborhood

Love this place. Always professional, courteous, and welcoming! Best place ever. The front desk and dining room crew are top notch! Who needs the overpriced impersonal high faluting hotels when the Leo is so much more reasonably priced?

I love this hotel. Bedroom is clean and good. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is awesome. I recommend it and I’m sure I’ll come back soon. Also, the location is pretty good.

This was our first stay, and I thought, "How come I never discovered this earlier?" Between the location, the price point, and the excellent breakfast, this is the hotel you will return to again and again because it's perhaps the most affordable, safest, most centrally-located at around $200/night. Staff were helpful, pleasant, room was space conscious yet efficient, and my husband and I were very pleased. I'll definitely book again.

The WiFi was very slow. They provide a personal router in the room to compensate for this. However, they provided the wrong username and password for the network. The username and password provided did not match the router that was actually in the room. I was eventually able to figure out what the network name actually was, but without the password I was never able to connect. Other than that, the lodging was comfortable and a very affordable price for the location.
