Cozy and great location hotel right in the middle of NYC. Free coffee whole time

The room is a bit small but it is a normal size in Manhattan! If you need to attend an exhibition, this hotel is one of the closest hotels to the convention center. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the convention center and 10-15 minutes to walk to Times Square! It is 10 minutes away from the subway and train station! Very convenient! If you are considering a short-term business trip, it is a good choice!

The service is very good, there are many hot drinks in the lobby bar, and there are homemade biscuits, which are delicious.

We we very happy this this hotel. The access to the subway was exactly between the stops at 34th and Penn station and the 42nd St. Time Square. It was quick walk to Broadway and Time's Square for Broadways show. We found a super great Italian restaurant just 1/2 block away. I think it was called Nitti's on 9th Ave. Our hotel bed was comfortable, nice pillows, nice view, nicely insulated from lots of noise. We appreciated the coffee, hot chocolate and warm cookies in the lobby!

I had been at this location twice in the past with this been my third and the walking distances for my interests in the area are suited for me plus rooms are comfy and clean.

I decided to cut my stay short. My early-morning appointment on Tuesday was canceled due to the impending snowstorm, and I was concerned about my ability to get home if the situation got too difficult. Everyone I met on the staff, especially Esteban, was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is holding up to high standards, we’ve been here many times previously and weren’t disappointed this time. There were few hiccups, though. We arrived late, apparently all the maintenance people were gone. Immediately upon coming to the room #2204 we heard pretty annoying beeping noise from malfunctioning security lock on the rooftop door. The front desk clerk refused to help since as she explained there was no one able to fix it at that time (it wasn’t too late, only 7:30 pm). Couldn’t sleep well because of the sound. In the morning we had to remind the morning front desk person. Eventually the problem was fixed. Few little things like the body lotion left by previous guest wasn’t replaced was rectified pretty fast in the morning.

Property was fine for a third tier hotel. Tv had very little channels and reception not great. Bedding and shower were good

The hotel was in a convenient place for us to walk around or take the subway. Restaurants in the area were really good as well. Staff were very nice and helpful if we had any questions. Room was perfect. We would stay again

The staff was lovely. The breakfast was ok but room not large enough to accommodate the number of guests. Couldn’t really avail ourselves of more than the coffee, fruit and muffins. Would be nice if it was open an extra hour.

Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and staff were super-helpful.

The bathroom was so cramped barely usable, the tiny sink was closed from 3 sides, would bump elbows on wall when using, water running cold in shower, the barn/sliding door should be facing away , have a lock on the door. Known, but still accomodate: I eagerly booked in advance at HIGHER price, arrived early, room available, allowed to checkin early at a cost, the breakfast choice poor.

Rooms are very small but clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet, did not hear much outside noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Breakfast is very basic. Area appears safe. Overall the hotel is OK and meets the needs for somewhere to sleep.
