Cleanliness: No one cleaned it once in three days. The only time it was cleaned was after 4 pm, and we had to wait at the door.
The room is very small, the soundproofing is poor, and the front desk has a bad attitude and cannot handle any problems. I couldn't live any longer, so I moved out and changed to a hotel. Ctrip handled it in a timely manner.
The hotel deposit refund is very slow.
Highly do not recommend this hotel!

The staff provided bright service, and there was a little problem during the stay, but they upgraded the room saying it was the hotel's fault! The service was so good and the location was not bad, so I was satisfied with the hotel! And most of all, the hotel where the people who stayed happily greeted me every time they met👍🏻 It was so nice. The view was great, so I want to stay again next time!

It is a very functional hotel on 7th avenue, well connected by subway to all points. The hotel has a good breakfast and the rooms, although not very big, are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The reception staff are very friendly.
The only thing to improve would be the management of the elevators. It has 4 but there are times, especially in the morning, when you wait for a long time or if you are going down, you stop at each of the floors.

The hotel is in a very location, within walking distance to all main attractions and Penn station.
Room was small but very clean and had everything you need.
Breakfast options were very good.

The staff is kind and helpful. The area is perfect with easy access to the metro and walkable to main attractions like the Empire Estate and Time Square. We rented a room with double beds and the room is tiny and the bathroom worse. You need to be careful using the shower because you can get hit by the faucet in your back due to the reduce space.

Overall the visit was good, The only downside was my wife got stuck in the elevator on the 17th floor.
