Premier Inn London Stratford

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

Super comfortable beds, great location and very reasonably priced for an overnight stay pre or post events.

Stayed here as part of a very large conference booking. Room was very clean, bathroom had a walk in shower big enough for 3, lots of hot water and clean towels. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn buffet which is great. Only problem was the very slow and unreliable lifts which took forever to do anything. None the less, it’s 5 out of 5.

I loved the location and the beds in this hotel. I thought the breakfast could be better and I really dislike the fact that you have to pay £10 to check in early...that should be regarded as a service the hotel provides. I resent the fact that you have to ask every day for your room to be serviced. The furniture in the public areas is very run down and tired

All 3 terminals not working so check in was about a 20-30 minute wait. Bathrooms have no plug in sink nor shaver socket. Moveable shower head that can’t be lowered more than 5’10” and too many stairs when evacuated especially when on 6th floor.
