Friendly staff, clean and stylish rooms. Shared bathroom is nicely set up. The best news is that there is a pub downstairs. Traffic noise may upset some, but for a cheap and cheerful place to stay in a great part of town, this is a fine option.

Perfect hospitality. Friendly, clean and lovely big room. Location is perfect too. Looking forward to my next stay.

Right next to St Peters Station and close to CBD. Friendly staff, options for room delivery using app! Great location for food, cafes, vintage shops. Rooms clean and bed so comfy. Flat screen tv with Netflix, no need for an account. Desk for working. Bathrooms down the hall were still vintage! Clean and nice rain showers. The only issue was other people slamming the heavy bedroom doors. Maybe a sign to remind people to close softly might help. I stayed here 6 nights. Highly recommended but note no air-conditioning.

Great position. Right across from the station and around the corner for the buses. King street is the most fantastic place to stay. Amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Looking forward to staying the again.

The room was amazing and couldn't hear anything through the walls which was perfect. Was super comfortable and the staff were really nice. No smoking which was great. Will be staying here again.

I was amazed at how well the rooms have been done up! I booked this room last minute on my way overseas. As I had a 7am international flight. Super easy check in. Right next to St Peter’s station. As it’s attached to pub, you can have a meal or drink there, or head up King St. I had a shared bathroom with private room. It was extremely clean with complementary water, snacks and ear plugs. As it’s next to train line some might find it noisey, but usually after 10pm not many trains go by. If you’re going to airport, it’s so close and easy. I paid $21 for an Uber at 4.30 and was there in 11 min. I have stayed at airports closer to airport before but the benefit of this was it was a lot cheaper, I could go out on king st for dinner and even if you stay at airport motels that are closer, you still pay for a shuttle that’s about $15. The whole accomodation area was very clean, the bathroom was simple art deco but clean. Would happily stay again for a transit visit.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location right next to St Peters train station. Can't beat it on price.
